  • Bungalow vintage recién reformado, tan acogedor por dentro como por fuera. Rebosante de encanto desértico, esta casa única cuenta con suelos de hormigón y una valla hecha con puertas recuperadas. Tanto el jardín delantero como el trasero están llenos de colorida flora desértica y ofrecen mucha sombra y espacio para sentarse, perfectos para barbacoas y cenas al aire libre. El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón de espuma queen size nuevo y muy cómodo, un televisor de 40" y un lavadero. A solo 5 minutos en coche o 20 minutos a pie de la 4.ª Avenida, el centro y la universidad.

    Si vas a traer perro, debes indicarlo al hacer la reserva y se aplicará un suplemento único de 100 $. Máximo un perro. No se admiten gatos ni otros animales. Los huéspedes adicionales también deben comunicarse al anfitrión y contar con su autorización antes de hacer la reserva.

Our stay was great! We only stayed one night but the place was very clean and nice, it had everything we could’ve needed! The host was very nice and let us know she was there if we needed anything. Check out was easy and the place was located in a good area! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I would definitely come back. Everything is clean, comfortable, and practical. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and it is fulllll of amenities.

Tucson Adventure

Awesome place to stay! Spacious and great location in central Tucson. Lots of great amenities, such as a washer/dryer and full kitchen with plenty of cookware. Would highly recommend.

A great stay!!

My daughter and I stayed for two weeks during the gem and jewelry show's as we buy for our stores back home. The bungalow was nice and conveniently located in the heart of Tucson. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location for visiting our niece at U of A. The bungalow was super comfortable and perfect for our stay. We did not really use the kitchen except to make coffee, but it seemed well stocked with dishes/utensils/etc. Beds were comfy and the entire place was very clean. Really liked the off street parking and the landscaping was just amazing. Recommend without a doubt!

This house is a hidden gem! Everything is on theme with one another, it has everything you could ever need, a filtered water faucet, pet treats, hygiene necessities, all of that. The backyard area is great as well, super spacious. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with not much traffic, the beds are comfortable, there are smart TVs, and there’s a lot of places around this location. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Cute Bungalow, central location

The house was great, close to downtown and the university. The yard is fabulous, amazing plantings and spacious, a little oasis in the middle of Tucson. The kitchen was large as were the two bathrooms, with plenty of hot water. It is truly a comfortable base for a visit to Tucson.

Nice, clean property. Hard to pull front door shut and lock deadbolt.It would be nice to have something elevated to hold shampoo in hall bathroom shower.

Very Pleasant, Quiet & Clean

My husband and I were in town with our dog to visit with family and see the CSU vs. Miami OH bowl game. Location was great for where we needed to be around Tucson during our stay, and the property was perfect for our dog with access to an enclosed, private backyard space to run around and stretch out after a 12 hour car ride. My only note about the yard would be that if your dogs are not familiar with cactus, just keep a close eye on them because it’s easy to step on/get into.Great property! Would definitely stay again.
