Beautiful home with a pool

All 6 of us loved this home and the pool! The backyard was a wonderful oasis. We were close to hiking spots and the grocery store was 3 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

We just loved this home! It had such a calm and airy feel with thoughtful, uncluttered decoration. Great location, close to the great restaurants in the area and a short drive to downtown. The pool area was lovely. We enjoyed the various seating areas and the pool was well maintained and perfectly heated. We had a minor issue with a clogged sink and shower drain in the primary bathroom, and we communicated it to the rental company. We appreciated Vacassa's communication of trash/recycle days as well. This home was a perfect place for us to relax and rejuvenate. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived it was clear the cleaning was sub par! Hair in the shower drain, full wastebaskets in bathroom, dog hair on the sofa and a dirty oven that smoked when we turned it on! Our first day was spent cleaning the oven, cleaning the shower and sink drains and vacuuming the sofa.The vacuum was broken so Vacasa got that replaced and 3 out of 6 lights were burned out in the kitchen.

Outstanding Home; Property Management Disappointing

We enjoyed this stunning home; however, the property management company let us down, over and over. We brought a few issues to their attention - one being the masterbath shower did not drain properly. They asked for a "picture of the garbage." We clarified the issue was the shower drain. They asked us to "ensure the pilot is lit at the bottom of the water heater." When we corrected them again, they again asked for a "picture of the garbage can." We refrained from using the masterbath shower for half of our stay because we didn't want it to overflow - and the property management company did not provide a solution. Our stay was a week; these issues were reported on Monday AM and every time that we inquired about the status, we were told the local team had "been informed." They never replied back to us. We checked out on Thursday. After we told them we had checked out, they said they would escalate the issue with the local staff. The prop mgmt co. also said they would put in a ticket for compensation for us not being able to use the master shower for half our stay, and the response should be within 24 hours. Well, it's been over 2 weeks. We never heard a thing.

Fabulous home and back yard!

This home and back yard was absolutely fabulous! The home was immaculately clean and had nice touches and details to make everyone comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need from a variety of baking dishes, blender, waffle maker and nice selection of pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We loved the back yard! We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and multiple areas for seating. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it was beautiful. Would definitely come back again!

Family Vacation

This house is as advertised and BEYOND! The layout, designer touches, furniture, pool, multiple outdoor spaces for gathering, beautiful view from backyard, and everything in between are all magnificent. The house was spotless and well-stocked, beds were all comfortable (including foldout!), and there’s so much space to spread out and enjoy for all ages. Will absolutely book again!

The perfect Arizona Oasis !

Words cannot describe how wonderful our vacation was. This property was everything. Easily the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Fully equipped with everything you need. Oil, spices, all the cooking essentials. This makes a huge impact when travelling ! My one piece of feedback would be the bedrooms need dressers for those of us who like to unpack ! We will be back, thank you !

Winter Break

The property was neat, clean and well-equipped. Great back patio with pool and view of the mountains. Only issue was, for such a nice property, it needed towels that you can’t see through. Otherwise, would rent Casablanca Retreat again in an instant.
