The host was available should any problems arose. The location in the foothills of the Saguaro National Park, also the Southwest style of the rental. Clean.

Desert Oasis!

We really enjoyed our time in Tucson and this charming casita was perfect for us to rest and restore. The property was stunning, the house was spotless, and the booking process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to be in nature. The easy access to hiking trails and morning coffee among the birds was a dream!

Desert Hideaway

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little place. The surroundings are beautiful and interesting. There is almost absolute quiet, good outdoor seating and birds to watch. The house is small but perfect for two. The only downside is the spotty internet.

Beautiful Desert Setting

Wonderful location. The last 5 miles to the casita are a beautiful drive and the Casita is in a beautiful Saguaro dense desert setting. The TV setup is poor and the reception spotty ... but there are better things to look at anyway.

Wonderful Cacita in the Desert

The cacita was perfect and located in a unique property. I would suggest that the door to the laundry be accessible via a mechanical keyless door lock to allow guests access.

Perfect get-away!!

What a great place! Classic adobe with patios. Even a hot tub and koi pond! Great dark skies and super quiet. We even changed our plans so we could just "stay home" all day. Wonderful place to stay!!

Such a cute place!! Perfect for us & 2 dogs. Very comfortable bed, sofa, easy to manage appliances. Lovely decor and patios with a oi pond! We actually "stayed home" one whole day just to enjoy it more. Dark skies. Quiet!

The cottage was perfect. Easy kitchen to work in. Quiet and peaceful. We got in after dark and the caretaker turned on the lights for. Small gesture that made it easy for us. We'll stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

The property was spectacular, and the setting (outside of main Tucson and 0.5 miles from Saguaro NP trails was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies for star-watching, and a very nice hot tub/spa. Only minor concern was communication. All of our other rentals were done with property owners. Esperanza is managed by a group outside of VRBO (Evolve Travel). Reaching out with questions to Evolve led to return email asking us to contact the local management via another route. We missed the easy and reliable messaging within the VRBO app.

Early winter getaway

My wife and I were hoping for a peaceful, secluded, and beautiful spot to unwind and explore the desert and that is exactly what we experienced. Just minutes from long hikes through Saguaro National Park was a huge bonus. Our casita was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. What a great 5 days! Thanks

Lovely spring visit

We really enjoyed our stay - the casita is just the right size for two people and the location is great for hiking in Saguaro National Park. I am not sure there was laundry and the WiFi is very weak, but those were minor issues.

Enjoyed our stay!

The Esperanza is a great place to stay! We used it as a base to go hiking in the desert and come home to a hot tub! From the hot tub you have views of Saquaro cacti up a hill. Truly beautiful especially as night falls and the cacti look like shadows in the sky. Great trails within minutes! Would definitely recommend!

Incredible get away in the desert

We loved everything about our stay here. The outdoor patio space, the jacuzzi and the beautiful surroundings made for the perfect spot to relax after hiking. Would absolutely return. Just be warned that the internet was largely non-existent during our stay and is regularly problematic and the bed pillows leave something to be desired. That said, we enjoyed being off the grid (if you want led to work remotely it would pose more of a problem)
