Getting Around:
A car is recommended.
Parking: Driveway parking for up to two vehicles, with limited street parking available (subject to HOA guidelines).
Nearby attractions, dining, and shopping are all easily accessible by car.

📌 The only security device on the property is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance.
📌 Community pool and hot tub: are controlled, maintained, and operated by the HOA. Availability and access may vary due to HOA rules, hours, or scheduled maintenance.
