🎥 Security Cameras: Front‑facing motion detector & audio recording cameras outside the property and at the entrance for your safety.

🚂 Train Nearby: Located close to train tracks. White noise machines and complimentary earplugs are provided to help ensure restful sleep.

🛣️ Highway Noise: Occasional car sounds may be heard in the backyard due to nearby highway. Efforts have been made to minimize inconvenience.

🚫 No Parties: Parties of any kind are strictly not allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating the home as your own.



🚨 Important Note – No Pets Allowed

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
