This place was very clean and well organized with all the amenities needed. Close to shopping and attractions. The only downside is that you have to pay to heat the hot tub and pool. And you get a 3 hour window of hot tub heat per day. This is the first time I have seen this with a hot tub and opted out since we did not know when we would need it heated. The pool was cool but warm enough to swim in even though we didn't heat it. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a high-stress business trip with two sets of clients and a dinner out.Gave us space to not only work from "home" but also to unwind, do some venting, and rejuvenate in the pool and hot tub. I loved the turntable, made my day. Cooked a meal in and had everything I needed. Appreciated being able to park in a garage. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed; it's all we ask for. Thank you.

This place fit the bill for our needs. Great location, perfect size house and the pool was fantastic (especially for 100 degree weather).Host was responsive and accommodating. A couple kitchen utensils were broken and replaced quickly. Next time we’re in town, would choose to stay here again.

Excellent Catalina Foothills Location

What an awesome location; it is convenient to Sabino Canyon, shopping, restaurants, and close to The Loop, yet very quiet and private with lovely views. We enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife. Comfy beds, fun layout. Nice 3-week getaway.

You won't believe it's the guest house

If you love modern decor -- and I am the one in our party who loves it the most -- you will love this place: the geometry of the interior lines are sometimes even trapezoidal, and there are north (mountain) and south (city lights) views from two different balconies as well as the back yard. We opted to heat the hot tub and were glad we did. Not super cold by NY standards, but the water was chilly. Well designed to highlight the spillway into the pool. Tall ceilings and a charming, open loft area add to the character. Plenty of seating in the dining area, but you'll want to dine outdoors in order to be closer to the desert and/or sky and Tucson lights. Dining might be walkable, but we didn't try on this trip. There's a nearby Einsteins, and Blanco Cocina is one of the best and most affordable menus in the area. Bring in your own Tucson Tamales if you are on a budget. If you're not from the area, be advised that most Tucson driving is city driving. So if you're planning to go the the Desert Museum, Gates Pass, the Air Museum, or Biosphere, allow time for lots of conversation at the traffic lights. Not like parts of greater Metro Phoenix, which has a freeway system ringing much of the area. We were able to have drinks at the lovely beautiful resorts (Dove, La Paloma, El Conquistador, Ventana Cny), but felt like our $ was better spent in this great guest house.

Nice Location

Nice location of the property. Convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The home has a few things that need repair and it was clear that the home has not been lived in for some time, but rather used only as a rental.

Great location and home!

Todd is fantastic to work with. Very responsive and kind. We had the a/c unit go out during our stay and he was able to get it to Allen care OSS quickly and easily. Will rent with Todd again.

Quiet Convenient Comfortable

Our family of six stayed for three nights during UAZ graduation. This location was quiet, at the end of a culdesac with great views and a pool. The three beds were comfortable and allowed each of us to have our own space. The back patio was the perfect location to enjoy our morning coffee and listen to the desert. Highly recommend!

Did not want to leave

This house was extremely enjoyable. Clean, well equipped, and quiet. We were very familiar with the area having lived about five minutes from there for 21 years. Restaurants, grocery stores, hiking and walking trails, golf, and many other attractions close by. The owners were very responsive to questions and requests. We've recommend it to others already.

The property was fantastic. Great location close to Sabino National Park and great restaurants near Sunrise and Campbell. Todd, the host, was very responsive to our needs and his communications were timely and he went above board to make sure we were happy with everything. STAY HERE you will be pleasantly surprised.

Quick response!

We had great time at the property. Safe and quiet neighborhood and easy access to the grocery store. Just a few thing, The water purifier was flashing red so we had to use water bottles, AC didn’t work well for the first few nights, Kitchen utensils were minimal… Other than that, it was comfortable and We were very happy to receive immediate responses from the manager.
