The host was the best I have ever interacted with. The kitchen was well stocked which we really appreciated, and the grounds and pool were lovely. Really nice toiletries in the bathrooms. We loved this place.

Worked great for me and my 5 grown boys. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was over the top clean and had everything we needed to make wonderful meals. Bring mosquito spray for outside evenings.

Our family group of twelve thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Whenever sleeping away from home, cleanliness, amenities and location are most important. A property also scores extra points with me when they think of the little conveniences and nice touches that pleasantly surprise you (i.e. high chair, pack-n-play, books, makeup wipes, board/card/outdoor games, grill and even aluminum foil sheets). The property was beyond spacious and beautifully decorated. We all appreciated having our own en suite in our bedrooms. And speaking of bedrooms, it wasn’t until late into the evening before the last of our crew arrived that we discovered the studio. We joked about “false advertising” with the number of beds and bedrooms advertised until we decided to explore the property again. Talk about hidden gem!!!! The studio was perfect in every way and perfect for my bil and nephew! I could go on and on, but let it suffice to say we would stay at this property without a second thought!To top it off, the host, Jem, was very responsive and very helpful in providing suggestions of eating places and activities to do in the area. 5/5 for sure

We celebrated my daughter’s 20th birthday here, and her friends absolutely loved the property. They enjoyed the pool & the karaoke machine was an excellent surprise. The house was perfect & the hosts were 5 star!

Amazing Rental

This rental has everything you need and is very spacious. Outdoor courtyard with many sitting areas as well as a pool and hot tub. Walking distance to U of A, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!Thanks Jem!U of A KA Moms

Our group of 4 couples had a great stay at this house! The attention to detail and design are excellent. So many spaces to spend time together, and conveniently located close to the University and downtown. We had a very memorable trip to Tucson.

We loved the house. Great location, easily accommodated our group of 8 adults. The kitchen is very well appointed, the living areas are very spacious and the backyard is beautiful! Lots of room for everyone- we also loved the casita and the studio.

Gem in Tucson

Perfect house for a family gathering. Gorgeous outdoor space, very well appointed kitchen and all bedrooms being en suite made it easy and comfortable for the whole family. Location made it easy to head downtown to the theater as well as multiple options for meals. Couldn’t have asked for a better house.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. When I stay at any location, I try to find a vacation rental that reflects the essence of the area and this this lovely home certainly seemed to capture the essence of Tucson. It was historical with every modern convenience. Anything we could think of needing during our stay was there. We loved everything about staying here. Wonderful haven with Southwestern feel

The property is wonderful in every aspect and we were made to feel very welcome. Our host, Jem, went out of her way to make us feel at home and communication was quick and easy. During our stay an outdoor grill arrived and the whirl pool was a godsend for our tired muscles after the gem shows. The layout of the house is such, that activity takes place in one wing while sleeping in the other, so there is no acoustic interference at all. The yard is completely private with interesting niches and subtle levels, shaded areas and places to sit. The house has an extremely well appointed kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and a cozy living room with a distinctly Southwestern flair. It comes with a wonderfully varied library, grabbing a book and having such choice in beautiful places to settle down to read was absolutely lovely. The bed is comfortable and the heating very good, both important factors when visiting for business in winter. We can only recommend Jem's gem, it has truly been a 5 star experience.

Can I live here forever

What a stunning property! We stayed here for two nights before we met up with our family for vacation. It was perfect for us, as every bedroom had its own bathroom, and is walking distance to the University and really great restaurants! We didn’t need to use the Casita at the back but got a peek at it and it would be perfect for two people who wanted a little bit more space and extra peace and quiet. The whole property looks newly renovated, and was super clean. The backyard was an oasis and we definitely wish we could’ve spent more time there as it was so inviting, peaceful and lush. Jem, the host, was friendly, responsive and thought of everything. Truthfully, we didn’t want to leave and hope to return for a longer stay very soon!
