We have rented in Tucson for a number of years in the mid to late winter timeframe and this home was easily our best fit. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near to grocery stores and restaurants. It was close enough to both our friends near Oracle as well as downtown Tucson. Great hiking can be found in nearby Catalina State Park. As depicted, the house has been completely renovated - both inside and out. The large fenced back yard provided a great space for our dog. And, the absence of a pool meant no interruptions from cleaning crews. The back also has a great covered patio that provides both shade and a nice view of the mountains. Inside, it was spotless and everything worked flawlessly. The master had a comfortable bed, a large closet with a dresser, and a compact master bath with a good sized shower. The extra bedrooms are quite functional for guests or additional family members. As shown, there are TVs in nearly every room of the house. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Communication with Colt was seamless and he was quick to answer any questions. Finally, the value proposition was great - excellent pricing for what you're getting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay at Colt's place again.
