I grew up in this neighborhood and love staying here when visiting family. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street and is about a mile from the University of Arizona campus. The interior is very comfortable — it feels like you are staying in someone’s home and not a rental. The pool is a great amenity during hot summer months when the water doesn't need to be heated (I've never paid the high daily heating fees to use it in the winter). The primary bedroom is sunken, a step lower than the rest of the house, so you have to be careful walking around in the middle of the night, although they have installed motion sensor lights. The second bedroom is more suited for kids. The house also includes a nice office/library which is a great place to read or catch up on work.
