Our family of 8 adults and three toddlers had a wonderful time here! The house was clean, smelled nice, and plenty spacious. It’s super close to food, drinks, and shops, but also manages to be pretty quiet and private. The view out the front is fantastic for watching the sunrise and sunset! We loved the game room, and watching football in the theatre room. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home! Great views, amazing amenities, terrific location. “The guys” enjoyed 6 rounds of golf, “the girls” saw a Broadway show at Centennial Hall at the University of Arizona! Birthdays were celebrated! The home has great spaces for eating with a large multi generational family group and great seating and gathering places for conversations and additional places for those who want or need quiet spaces and a place to read. Swimming was enjoyed daily and the pool is beautiful and large. As a group of midwesterners…we enjoyed the abundant sunshine and warm weather! Would highly recommend to anyone! Our nieces and nephews are already planning a return trip!

This home was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful movie night in theater, played games together in the garage, and a nice relaxing end to the day in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed and desks in the rooms was a nice addition as i needed to work during our stay.Hosts were very responsive and quick to answer questions. And the welcome books has great local suggestions.

Disappointing stay

Stay 5/17/25 - 5/20/25Rodent on property, droppings all over patio, hot tub wouldn't heat up, pool dirty and cold, not enough bath towels, shower heads clogged with mineral deposits, bottles of pest control and hot tub chemicals left on the patio. The concrete was dirty and soiled with stains from spilled food or drinks from previous guests. The floors in the kitchen and dining room were dirty and needed to be mopped. After spilling some water on the kitchen floor, the paper towel used to clean the spill was black. The floor mats were dirty also. I reached out to the host to address the issues. We were told that the rodents couldn’t be avoided but that regular pest control and maintenance was done. We’ve stayed in several homes in the Sonoran Desert and have not ever had an issue with droppings in the area.

This property is simply amazing. Would 100% book again. Lot's of room for the family, nice lay out. Game room for kids is great. Pool is huge, nice neighborhood. This house was the highlight of our Arizona vacation.

Stylish, Serene.. and Sssurprisingly Wild

We really enjoyed much of our stay at Villa Antonietta—the home is stylish, well equipped, and offers beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains. It’s a peaceful, private setting that feels like a true getaway.That said, guests should be aware that being in a desert oasis also means sharing the space with desert wildlife. On our last night, we encountered a large diamondback rattlesnake coiled and hissing near the kitchen sliding door on the back veranda. It was unexpected and unsettling, and we had it removed by professionals.The host was responsive after our stay and mentioned plans to improve lighting and update the house manual, which is appreciated. Just a heads-up to future guests: If you’re uneasy around snakes or desert critters, it’s something to keep in mind when booking a stay in this otherwise lovely desert retreat.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week at Villa Antoinetta. Check in and out was seamless, host was very available by email or phone (although we had no issues) and let us know several times to contact anytime if needed. House was beautiful, great location close to grocery store and restaurants, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I was surprised how quiet and peaceful it was being close to many things. The view from front window of the mountains was gorgeous and we really didn’t even realize we had neighbors. House was just as pictured, very clean and updated, kitchen well stocked. We had the pool heated for the week and pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kids loved the game room and played pool and ping pong almost every night. Also loved the theater room. Beds were comfy, bathrooms big and beautiful. Washer and dryer worked great. House was very spacious with multiple areas to gather and relax. Nice to have all on one level for older folks too. Great stay and we would definitely rent again!

Terrific home for a family reunion

We had three generations at this lovely home for the holidays. Everything was great - wonderful kitchen to cook family dinners, lots of space, nice movie theater/hot tub/ and other amenities. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

We were 12 family members together for Tucson get together. The house on Antonietta suited us very well. Enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose but we managed. The front picture window allowed a fantastic view of Catalina Mountains. The swimming pool was a big hit and we all swam and enjoyed cooling off. Kitchen and dining allowed big family meals. Would come back!

Very nice property. Lots of emenities. Very spacious for our group of 13. Something for everyone. Very close to all kinds of shopping and yet seems secluded off the main road. Does need some minor maintenance.

80th Birthday celebration

Perfect place for the our range of family members age 6-80!! Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we cooked all our meals for a week. If you have a family that likes to play games and swim, this place is for you! The spaciousness and comfort of all rooms makes for a very enjoyable stay. Location was perfect for shopping, hiking, and airport pick-up. We loved our stay!!!
