“This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

“It is truly charming. We were fortunate to book this for graduation weekend and it was perfect. The host was responsive and the house was well stocked. Highly recommend. ”

“Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.”

“The house is in a community setting with nearby business selling food. The only bathroom is upstairs, so be aware if you have someone with mobility issues.”

“It’s listed as a luxury stay. I don’t feel that’s quite accurate. The beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy. Took a couple hours to get a hairdryer, hot tub was only half the first night, there was a bees nest on the front porch, and couldn’t get the accent lighting to shut off and the backyard needed a little TLC. Other than that, it was an ok place.”
