“This was a great get away for the 4th of July weekend! We could even see the fireworks from the back deck! The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had a great supply of dinnerware and cookware. Our chief complaints were that some windows were missing screens or had holes in the screens - playing games in the evenings got buggy! But we had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. Great kickoff to the summer!”

“Fan was very loud in the bathroom! We had window and door issues in other rooms. Our 4th stay. It appears all rooms have some kind of issues. No heat at night. Very cold. Better during the day. Neighbor parked over two spaces including ours and the a huge 4x4. No management to check and tell them to park correctly… clean overall. Ok for one night but keep low expectations in light with low prices.”

“This Lake Placid cottage was perfect for us! We were in town for the horse show, and very much appreciated being able to come home after a long day to hang out on the porch while the dogs played in the yard. The location is great, too. Close to everything, and an especially easy walk to the public beach area on Mirror Lake, which was a major perk.We ended up using both bedrooms and the sofa bed in the upstairs living room for a friend who came to visit for the weekend. All in all, it was a...

“Large space, ideal for groups. This was just for me and my mom, so it was overkill, but it was a comfortable stay anyway. It was nice getting to sleep in separate rooms. The kitchen has every appliance you could ever ask for. My mom was very happy for a glass of wine after a long drive. I appreciated a couple pieces of chocolate.
