“We had such a relaxing and peaceful visit here! We were visiting the area for my nephew’s graduation from Texas Tech, and the drive into Lubbock is easy and pretty - so nice to visit with family there but also have a few days of quiet family time in Quitaque. Caprock Canyons is less than 4 minutes drive from the house and a highlight of our trip. The home itself is spacious, charming, and welcoming, with historic character, comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of hot water and good towels, and a...

“This house met our needs perfectly. Needed four bedrooms and gathering space for a meal. The home was clean and better than staying in hotel room, Hope this is available next year and will stay here again. :)We come to Childress every year for a family reunion. Childress has an influx of people due to construction. It is hard to find a hotel and when you do, it is three times the price of previous years.”
