“My family and I stayed at this beautiful mountain home over the Memorial Day weekend. This location is truly magical. A hidden gem. Far enough away that you get to get away from it all and dive into nature, but close enough to be able to seek out the culture of Asheville and surrounding areas. “Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the last mile or so of the drive getting to the cabin and the driveway. The final stretch of road is dirt and quite muddy when it rains. The driveway is very steep and difficult to back out of. We brought our 24 Silverado ZR2 lifted truck and my steps still scraped a little backing out of the driveway. Luckily we brought my truck on the trip because a car wouldn’t have made it. There is a spot to park at the top of the property though if...
