“Great space for large groups. We had our family reunion there and had room for everyone. There was lots for people to do and the host was easy to deal with. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the houses was very disappointing. There were dead flies on the floors and in the windows, cobwebs everywhere, mouse droppings in several areas, laundry (not sure if it was dirty or clean) piled in the corner of some of the rooms, at least 1 loose faucet, and some electrical outlets were missing covers....

The hosts, Jerry and Suzie, had thought of everything we might need and provided us with a well stocked kitchen, lots of games and reading material for rainy days and lots of fun outdoor activities. We loved the location because it was nice and quiet but not too far from fun activities in Kingston, Belleville and Prince Edward county. We especially enjoyed exploring Picton...

The location was great, the property very well maintained and the accommodations thoroughly modern and clean! Our host Steve was prompt in answering any of our questions which were few because all we needed to know was laid out so well! A HUGE bargain for the price - 5 Stars!”
