“Host was friendly and responsive”

“This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!”

“We loved the pet friendly tiny home. Location is just perfect too! We will be back!!”

“The weeds could have been cut to give a better look from the outside. Also, have instructions for the AC controls. Everything else was as described.”

“Awesome game options, fully stocked kitchen and great location for Cooper and Leadville - fantastic property! ”

“Location”

“Even though I have it titled as quirky this place is amazing. Spacious kitchen, plenty of room in the dinning area, bedrooms are great. Hot tub did not disappoint after hiking Mt Evans and Mt Elbert. Easy walking distance to downtown. Moe’s bbq is one block down one block over. Highly recommend. The train ride is only one block up. Also recommend. Only suggestion would be to add a bbq outdoors. You truly need to visit this place to understand the quirky part”

“Amazing view of the mountains. Great family vacation spot.”

Check in was a little confusing, but worked by the time I got to the property. I d oh don’t have a code to send to others arriving earlier until I actually showed up at the house and did not receive an email response from the hospitality company that had been emailing me about my stay. ”

“The tiny house was great! Just need more snow!”

“The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters. Communication was fantastic. The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. The main bedroom had an egg carton topper, which I know some people like. There's an outdoor table and chairs where you can look at the mountains or up at the...

“Never saw or communicated with the host. I shared some concerns but he never followed up.”
