“Wonderful location. Near Boardwalk, Capitola shopping, and steps from a perfect beach. It’s our fourth year at this house and we’re already booking for next year. We love the two kitchens and the two large tables for eating together and for playing family games. Michele, the hostess, is so responsive.”

“We had a very pleasant experience at this property. It was very clean, tastefully laid out, and with good amenities. At first, we weren’t sure about the location as it is attached to a little restaurant, but as it turned out, it was fantastic. Close to the beach, downtown, right across the street from a little market, and steps away from very tasty breakfast burritos! Once inside, everything was super cozy and well appointed. The host was communicative and responsive. We would stay here again!”
