Este piso de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, con DOS piscinas y un jacuzzi, está a un paso de la playa más popular de Tybee, así como de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Perfecto para familias y amigos que visitan la isla. ¡Tiene capacidad para 10 personas! Túmbate junto a la piscina, date un chapuzón en el jacuzzi, pasea por la calle principal de Tybee y tómate un cóctel al atardecer, ¡o acércate a la playa y al muelle! Una ubicación súper práctica e inolvidable para todo lo que necesites en tu escapada a la isla de Tybee.

    Este precioso piso, situado en el complejo Brass Rails Condominiums, tiene 3 dormitorios. El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama queen size; el dormitorio 2, dos camas individuales. El dormitorio 3 es la suite principal, con una cama king size y un baño completo adjunto con ducha a ras de suelo y bañera independiente.

    Para acceder al alojamiento, hay una verja junto a la carretera principal de Tybee (Butler Avenue); te daremos el código el día antes de tu llegada. El apartamento cuenta con 2 plazas de aparcamiento en un garaje. Te entregaremos los pases de aparcamiento al llegar. Asegúrate de aparcar en la plaza correspondiente al número de apartamento.
    Este apartamento está en la segunda planta. Hay escaleras para acceder directamente y también un ascensor para que puedas subir fácilmente el equipaje y el resto de cosas que traigas al llegar.
    El apartamento tiene acceso sin llave, lo que significa que te daremos un código de la puerta antes de tu llegada, junto con las instrucciones detalladas para el check-in.
    Atención***** Las instrucciones para el check-in se envían a las 16:00 h del día anterior al check-in.

    ¡Este apartamento está situado en la zona más céntrica y cotizada, lo que te permite ir andando no solo a la playa, sino también a toda la zona principal de bares, restaurantes y tiendas del extremo sur de la isla! Hay dos piscinas (solo para huéspedes de los apartamentos Brass Rails) y un jacuzzi.

    Puedes aparcar gratis en el apartamento e ir andando a la playa, a los bares, restaurantes y tiendas.

    Ten en cuenta que: La altura máxima del aparcamiento es de 7 pies. Es posible que los coches con suspensión elevada o con bacas altas no quepan.

This condo was great for our family! I appreciated having an elevator for easy loading/unloading. Beach access was convenient and pool is very nice. Easy walking distance to restaurants and pier. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay overall! The location is absolutely excellent and made it incredibly easy to access everything on the south end of Tybee Island—we especially loved being able to walk to dinner most nights! The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our entire experience, which we deeply appreciated.Insider tip: If you can, book the week right after the Fourth of July. The area wasn't crowded at all! Highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Wow - this location is everything! The porch is beautiful, the place is spacious, and it is close to the beach and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed this property and Everything looked exactly as the ad and we were pleasantly surprised that it was bigger than we thought and everything was very clean and the property manager was very responsive and Patient with our every call. We will definitely use them again

Very spacious and comfortable apartment..

Just 100ft away from beach and spacious apartment with 2 car parkings. Very close to happening 16th Street. The apartment can accommodate 9 or so people easily.... ! The location is absolutely fantastic for longer stay...! Highly recommend.

Vacay 2023

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and clean. It was right on the beach. Even though we did not have a full beach view (which we already knew about) it was amazing. Centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go. The beach, the pavilion and pier and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Once we parked we didn’t move our vehicles again. Everything was in walking distance. I highly recommend this condo and plan to use it again

Brass Rail 308

I have stayed at a condo in the Brass Rail property before and had a great experience. I was very disappointed with this condo. We were told the day before the elevator was being serviced and during our visit we had no elevator for for the entire time. And now one was working to fix the problem. We were on the third floor and I had my Dad how is 84 staying with us. I am very disappointed and this made our stay difficult. I will not use this site again.

Dirty and Not handicap accessible

First, the only plus to this trip was the property manager, Alex. This man went above and beyond to find us alternative accommodations when we were told our handicap accessible room was no longer accessible because of a broken elevator. The floors were filthy went we got there. Any bare feet were covered in black soot/dirt within hours. We found and paid for a handicap accessible room becuase my mother is wheelchair bound. Then we found of the day of trip that rhe elevator doesnt work. So, 4 family members had to carry my mother in her wheelchair to get to the room. She couldn't leave the room becuase it was dangerous to do this everyday day, multiple times a day. There were no blankets, and any handicap tools for the toilet were dirty and had poop stains all over them. The 4-5 remotes for the master bedroom all had dead batteries. The kitchen appliances were covered in rust and nearly unusable. All phone numbers listed for the hosts and emergency did not work. I could not get in contact with the hosts over the phone. When they claimed to call me, nothing came through. This trip was awful. I wouldn't recommend this unit or the second unit(with its own list of problems) to anyone. These are the complaints I can think off the top of my head! I have a compiled list that I plan to add to this one at a later date.
