The condo was beautiful and just the right size. Great quiet location and very clean. Loved the corner balcony and the view was great. Access to pool and beach was great too. Loved the time we spent here in Tybee Island.

The corner unit was an ideal location and the view from the balcony was second to none! We loved the updated look of the interior and the well appointed details. Quiet and serene and comfortable.

We loved sitting on balcony watching the dolphins! You could watch the ships go by. We really enjoyed staying here. The check in process was easy. The place was very clean and quiet. It was very relaxing to come and go. We could walk to a couple of shops and restaurants. If we had a question the host was always very quick to respond. She made our stay great. Everyone around was very nice and friendly.

Great spot

Super clean property with a great view of the water. Location is handy to Savannah with lots of local places to eat. First time in Savannah, it’s a gorgeous and charming city.

Great place to stay on Tybee Island away from hustle and bustle of main beach!

The property was spotless and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony! A great condo in a nice calm location on the north end of Tybee.

Beautiful!

My husband and I booked this property for our anniversary in September. It was well appointed and very clean. The condo was lovely, and we enjoyed watching the dolphins play from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully Refreshing

The property was immaculate upon entry. The view was as exactly described online. Also truly appreciated being contacted the day after check-in to make sure everything was going well. Loved our stay and will highly recommend.

Great view and location...

Our first trip to Tybee Island, where we enjoyed the location and views. The place is as advertised and the check-in process was easy. When we had questions, a timely text response provided the answers we needed. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the view/location was a big reason. Note: area is on the outskirts of "downtown" Tybee but we found the "downtown" area accessible with bikes we rented (one complimentary).

A property manager was onsite daily and kept the grounds/pool/hallways in perfect shape. Unbeatable water views. We had bad experiences with other island rental companies but TTVR & Melba are truly customer-oriented. I highly recommend them.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice view on balcony out at the ocean. The condo is dated. Lint in popcorn ceiling and build up lint in the return air vent that was built up on it pretty bad. Hallway lights and outlets did not work. Kitchen drawers fall when you open them. Felt dirty. Needs updated!
