Esta es realmente la unidad principal en Brass Rail en Tybee Island. Good But Not Great. The location and space were great—walking distance to the pier and restaurants, and the wraparound balcony had a beautiful view. The layout worked well for our group of 9, and we appreciated the property manager notifying us in advance that one of the beds had been removed due to prior guest damage. We were able to plan accordingly and bring a cot for one of the youngest kids. However, we were disappointed by several issues. The listing showed a grill, which was a big factor in our meal planning, but there wasn’t one onsite. We had brought food to grill for multiple meals when we arrived and were really disappointed when the grill was not on the balcony as pictured. The balcony floor was extremely dirty—our feet turned black just stepping outside, and this was annoying to manage with young kids. The kitchen sink cabinet had a horrible odor and visible dampness, so we kept it closed throughout the trip but the odor lingered pretty strongly in the kitchen. Lastly, the TV in the kids' room was unusable due to a missing cable. We notified the property manager and were told one would be delivered, but it never came. Overall, the condo has great potential with its location and size, but the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and unmet expectations made the stay feel disappointing given the cost.

Excellent location, extremely clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Inaccurate description and picture of number of beds forced one adult to sleep on pull out couch. Kitchen flatware and utensils need replenishing. Lack of beach chairs and only two beach towels for 7 of us.

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned from the previous guests. The communication was quick to resolve the issue but was still not something we wanted to walk into. The room with the bunk bed does not have another bed like shown in the pictures. The window in that room was broke as well as the TV. Seems like they need maintenance to come and give some attention to fix some small things. The location was amazing! We had a great time and it was close to everything on the island.

Me, my mom, sisters and our 3 littles enjoyed our quick trip to the beach and our stay here. Pros:- Only one little block to get to the beach, which you can see from the balcony - condo is more spacious than pictured, especially the living room area-elevator is right near the parking spot and drops you off right at the front door -plenty of towels and kitchen has most of your basic needs.Central location so you can park and walk to most of the sites. -has a pool which the kids lovedCons:- The guest before us broke one of the beds-missing blind on the balcony door and possibly broken lock on the door. We couldn’t figure out how to lock it and wasn’t really concerned since we were on the third floor. Would definitely stay again.

We go to Tybee once a year and have for the last 6 years, we go to not only take in the island but to pier fish. we were in a perfect place to walk to the pier in less than 5 minutes. the condo was perfect.

We had the most amazing time staying on Tybee! It has truly been one of our most favorite vacations we've ever taken. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect! Restaurants, shops, and beach all within walking distance (totally doable for older adults and kids). There was a broken gate in the complex that posed a problem using the golf cart that we rented, but the owner reached out to local police and made sure we were able to drive in the other gate without any problems (due to traffic laws we weren't supposed to use it). The elevator was out for half a day and was quickly fixed. We had very quick and efficient communication with the owner when we needed something. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The patio door knob does need to be fixed as the handle came off when my son was outside and he couldn't get back in, luckily we were able to get it back open quickly. We would absolutely stay again and are planning another visit!

We had a great time. Great accessibility to restaurants and shops by foot. Elevators make loading and unloading easy. The pavilion and pier are so easily accessible. The accommodations are fantastic. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

The elevator wouldn't go all the way up, we had a cripple lady with us and it wast h s t hard for us to get her up the stairs tv was out in the master bedroom and my husband couldn't watch sports, and we/ my husband had to fix the door handle on the patio door

The condo was AMAZING! There was so much space and it was such a relaxing trip. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants and shopping were nearby. The master bath was a dream, the beds were wonderful and we all got restful sleep. My only negative was that the trip was too short-we highly recommend the Brass Rail.

Cons- The door to the patio has a door knob that falls off every time you open it. There are marks in the floor where you can tell it has fallen off like that for a long time. The patio chairs are rusty and not sturdy. The carpets need replaced. TV in master bedroom does not work. Traveled with a group of 7 ladies and had to use the pull out sofa for everyone to have their own space. The pull out sofa had crumbs, stains, and candy inside. It was obvious that cleaners do not pull that out to clean. There are 3 separate codes you need to access the property. Study those before your trip. The outside AC unit is very loud on the balcony. Pros- perfect location. Steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants . Good view. The condo is very spacious. Owner responds within a few hours with any concerns. They said they would send someone to fix the tv in a couple days. Master bed is super comfy. Over all- it needs a good revamp. With the location and more attention it could be the best place to stay.

My family had a great stay at this property on Tybee Island. Could not have had a more convenient location. Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Having the pools and hot tub were nice when you were back from the ocean but still wanted to swim. The elevator up from the parking lot to the condo made love in/move out a breeze. Will look to stay again.

The location and view were amazing. Condo was cute. First problem was the gate code was not listed in the same location as the check in information. Instead it was buried in a separate email. All codes should be in the same place. The primary bedroom TV did not work. When I messaged over they said to check behind the dresser for the cable box. When I did I found an old pair of underwear (still there - I did not touch someone else’s underwear). When I messaged owner about the underwear I never heard back. TV in primary never had cable, but the other rooms did. Otherwise very nice experience.

The property is an excellent spacious layout. Plenty of stocked items in the kitchen, clean towels and sheets. The problem is the old stained carpet and old couch. I think if the carpet issue was resolved by replacing with hard wood or new carpet it would be an excellent choice.

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable, welcoming, and the gathering place for more of our family who were able to walk from their rentals to our location. We walked to the beach, the pier, the Christmas business street event Saturday, and to each other's rentals. The children's room was perfect (3 children). Parking is a pain, but we ended up appreciating the security the parking garage provided. We left bicycles out, and our door unlocked except at night. The balcony was wonderful, wish it hadn't been so cold or we would practically have lived out there.
