The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the bonus sunroom includes a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle, ideal for extra guests. A second full bathroom ensures everyone’s comfort. Additional amenities include an in-house washer and dryer.

Designated parking spaces are designed to accommodate two standard‑size vehicles. Larger SUVs, trucks, or oversized vehicles are limited to one space only. The maximum vehicle height clearance is 6'5". Oversized vehicles must fit entirely within one marked parking space and may not extend into adjacent spaces.
