We had a fantastic stay at this beach rental, especially thanks to the beautiful four-season room that made it easy to relax and enjoy the space no matter the weather. The beach access was incredibly quick and convenient, which made our days feel effortless, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants was a huge bonus that added to the overall ease of the trip. The combination of comfort, location, and thoughtful features made this a standout place to stay, and we would happily return.

Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed mattress is worn out, and needs re[placement. And last but certainly not least...On our last night, at 6:20 pm, we were told the power to the unit would be shut off at 8 am, so we had to change all of our plans that were based on a 10 am check-out time. We had to get up even earlier than planned, rush to shower/pack/eat and load the vehicle before the power was shut off. A we sat in the driveway at 8:15 am preparing to leave, the power was shut off. In the rush to get out of the unit we left our personal sleeping pillows, one of which is an orthopedic pillow. I contacted the company and asked how or what they could do to make things right for losing 2 hours of our PAID rental time and losing our pillows. They asked what amount of compensation were we thinking would be fair. Requested 65. They responding they would talk with leadership and get back to us in 24-48 hours...it has now been over a week and they totally ghosted us...no communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

Tybee family vacation

Property was clean, spacious, decorated cute. Location was great, however it is next to an abandoned home. This most likely contributed to us having unwanted rodent guests. Property manager was responsive via text, but did not send out pest control until after departure due to weekend.

Cleanest vacation rental I've ever rented!

This home is absolutely beautiful! I am a bit of a germaphobe and I usually go in and wash all linens, clean bathrooms, wipe down kitchen, etc. I did not feel the need to do any of these things in this home. The home was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet even though there was construction going on across the street. We were in walking distance from shops, restaurants, the pier, and the beach. Our only issue was a mix up with the downstairs tenant taking up our parking spaces. We contacted the host to ask where else we could park. Within 5 minutes we received a message that the other tenant has been contacted and the issue resolved. They are very responsive and helpful. I will definitely try to make this the home I rent yearly for our family trip to Tybee! even though waswassoaneig quiet

The property did offer the space advertised. It was a short walk to the beach as advertised. The interior looked as it did in the pictures shown online. My main issue with this property was that there was no hot water in the shower area and the temperature of the water was lukewarm. Reported but not resolved. Repair person showed up the next or. They were due at 9 am. Left property jobwithout resolving water issue

Spotless and adorable!!!

Absolutely spotless home!! I own a consulting company for vacation rental owners so I see MANY rentals. This one was top for cleanliness, design and use of space. Absolutely perfect. The decor and creativity in making an older home come to life was perfect. We loved our stay!

Perfect cozy beach getaway

This property was fantastic, clean and conveniently located. Very close to the beach and the pool offered by the rental company. It was also a pretty easy walk to the boardwalk area that contained shopping and restaurants. We loved the decorating inside of the property and it was very easy to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything on the south end

Super clean cozy rental with ample space for two couples traveling. Technically each bedroom/ side has its own closed-in patio and sitting area with a joint living room in the middle. So if not the whole party wants to go to bed early you can split up with ease. Washer, dryer, beautiful decor, all updated and contemporary, an older property in the best part of Tybee newly redone. 3 minutes walk from the beach.

Spring break 24’

Had a great week with my family of 4. We knew the weather is still cooler in March so we didn’t plan on spending every day at the beach. But it was a quick walk to the beach when we did go and a short drive into Savannah for fun day trip activities. The VRBO was clean and spacious. Cute decor. Functional kitchen space (we did cook a lot). Excellent communication from property manager and smooth checkin/checkout process per instructions provided. No complaints.

Nice, Clean, Great Location

It is a great location. 2 minutes to the beach restaurants (Finn's Corner has great pizza) and shopping. The house was VERY clean. Love two closed-in porches. Great for sitting "outside" when it is cold outside. Easy to park. Will book it again next time we will go to Tybee Island. Communication with management was professional and quick. I recommended this place to my colleagues already.

Roomy for old college roommates

This property was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. It was an easy walk to the beach and eateries. The neighborhood was quit, felt safe. Easy walk to the pool which was very nice. It was a perfect spot for my college roommates and I to reconnect to celebrate our 70th birthdays.

Beautiful clean and close to the beach

The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We stayed during an extremely hot time so we appreciated the ac units in the condo and on the porch as well as an abundance of ceiling fans throughout the unit. The management company was very responsive for an issue we had with our ac unit. They were clear in communicating and quick with a fix. We did utilize the Murphy bed and unfortunately didn’t find an extra set of bedding for it. We had to pull bedding and pillows from the other beds. It would have been nice to have a full set of bedding available and set out for that bed. If we were to have utilized the pull out couch as well, there certainly wouldn’t have been enough bedding for us all, even though the property says it sleeps 8. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, so we felt those needed to be replaced. Being a beach property, it would have been nice to have some beach towels, chairs and some sand toys available. Overall a great stay and as advertised.

Beautiful House

I loved our stay. I only have a few complaints . We stayed in the upper unit. Apparently the floors are paper thin and the downstairs occupants complained the entire stay. I did not enjoy having yo too toe my entire vacation. Also, we made pizzas the first night there and there was no pizza cutter so we tried to use a knife but all the knives were extremely dull . It took forever to cut the pizzas. Lastly, there is a random cement block at the bottom of the stairs that I tripped over several times as well as others in my group. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay. The layout of the place is pretty cool and I loved they everything was so close .
