Out of date appliances, no KeurigSofa wore out and had stains2nd bathroom commode runs constantly2nd bathroom toilet seat needs replacedPatched holes in 2nd bathroom wall need fixed and paintedMaster bed frame is loose and rickety and bumps into the wall ever time you moveMaster bath sink doesn't drain well and fills with waterMaster bath ventilation fan doesn't workHuge stain of makeup on master bed comforter on light blue sideAC won't go below 70Bathroom door won't shut Blinds on both sliding glass doors are brokenLamp missing shadeWater heater makes noise all night People above us sounded like a herd of buffalo in their condoWalls are terribly thin. I heard noises all night longFridge leaks inside and leaves water puddles on every shelfWasp nest laying ankle high on 1st floor railing with live wasps. Maintenance came to condo to reset TV and did not remove the nest. Plug beside couch doesn't work. Had to charge phone across the roomTrash can in master bath is broken and taped back together. The ocean there was beautiful and the walk to beach was not too bad. This place could be a really great place to stay with some much needed upgrades and tlc...
