  • Located only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, Tybee Island offers the perfect couple's retreat with all of the fun of the city and all of the relaxation of the beach. Take some time to get away from it all with view from this third floor condo that offers a birds eye view of the dancing dolphins and the magic of the sea turtles on the beach just outside.

    Bike to the Tybee lighthouse or to explore all that this relaxed island has to offer. Learn about the history of the area with a visit to Fort Pulaski or Fort Screven. Enjoy the wonderful restaurants and events that Tybee Island has to offer year-round. Music and art festivals offer fun outings during the summer. Tybee Island is also known for the Pirate's Fest in October and the St. Patrick's Day Parade in March--and if you've never celebrated St. Patrick's Day in the South, you won't want to miss Savannah's celebration!

Great Beach Location

Overall nice stay. Notified rental agency of some minor repairs needed around sliding glass door otherwise was a nice place to stay for the price.

Beautiful

The villa was fantastic. The view was unmatched, we were able to see countless dolphins from the balcony. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back again in the future.

Loved the location of the condo, specifically for the view. We didn't get to enjoy the balcony much because of the strong cigarette and Marijuana smell/smoke from somewhere close, at all hours of the day and night! The condo had some upgrades in process and some of the furniture was worn but otherwise a comfortable stay.

Worth coming back to!

We returned to this property on Tybee Island for the second time, following our trip last July. We found early spring to be an excellent time to visit the area, with beautiful weather and no Spring Break crowds! This is a great spot to enjoy the beach, including from the deck and living space! The owner was very helpful, quickly responding to a question we had. Hope we can return again someday soon!

Perfect location

This was in the perfect location! I loved to sit on the balcony and people watch. It was a great place to watch the sunset and the dolphins playing. The beach was not too crowded and just a minute away.

Rental was very nice

Property was great. Georgia was unseasonably hot. Couldn't enjoy much outdoors. The pool we used wasn't clean and the water so warm it wasn’t enjoyable.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Overall, this place was perfect. We rented a bicycle to get around the island, everything was easy to find. Our view from the balcony was nice. We know not to expect great warmth when we visit in February, but we really needed to get away and celebrate my husband's birthday! The facility was clean, the property was clean and being repainted. Our space was nice-had everything we needed.

Amazing.

Simply amazing. The view from our unit was breathtaking, the view of the dolphins was nice and the water superb you could relax without the hassle of waiting in the next wave. The unit itself was a great location and well maintained. Felt like a private getaway! Will definitely be booking again.

The location was excellent. The view amazing. Parking-easy. The air conditioning worked amazing during hot summer months. Unfortunately items which really detracted from the property were bugs inside the property, cleanliness, and lack of safety. There is no deadbolt locking mechanism on the main door as well as the sliding glass door on the balcony. When you’re paying lots for a vacation, cleanliness is expected.

Million dollar view

Clean and Economical

We stay at SBRC quite often. Knowing the layout of the buildings affords a big advantage when booking this property. This third floor ocean front unit was dated as many have said, but it was also very clean. The biggest advantage is the price point. It made for a very affordable weekend getaway for St.Patricks Day. In walking distance to Huc A Poos, Zunzibar, North Beach and many others. If you love the north side of the island and dolphin watching like we do, this is a great pick.

We spent our 10th wedding anniversary in June on Tybee and had a great time! The room was comfortable, had a beautiful view, but did not appear to have been cleaned very well when we arrived.

Wonderful view!

We have stayed at the Savannah beach and racquet club many, many times. It is our favorite vacation spot. This unit was clean and had everything we needed. A big plus was some of the small items in the unit —like coffee, dry creamer and sugar. This unit has new looking deck chairs where we sat and watched boats, dolphins and sunsets. Binoculars would be a plus—units I’ve stayed in in the past had them. Makes seeing the dolphins easier. Nice kitchen and living areas! We would stay here again if it’s available!

The view is amazing. We have stayed in various units at the resort. Older resort but well maintained. Suggestion shower liner needs replacing. Love the north shore with Savannah port ship traffic.
