The decor was lovely, view nice, loved all one floor living space. Double balcony was perfect for fresh air. Quiet. Parking right by elevator & stairs. Renter was always available if needed. The pool & hot tub is a jaunt - didn’t expect how far & inconvenient. Dryer - didn’t work. Windows difficult to open. Fan unbalanced & ticked all night while running. Toliet non-stop running unless jiggle handle. We had to fix the dining room chairs - bolts were loose & near incident. All these were reported. But the black mould in vents & around was concerning. Didn’t report - too late as we were already there. Inconvenient located from downtown - 20 min drive, 70 uber. Good restaurants but busy - plan accordingly. Elevator thankfully worked day before we arrived! We were notified in advance maybe 3 storey climb.Beds comfy. Lotsa pillows.U only get 1 towel per guest - so bring laundry soap. And 1 hand towel to share amongst 3 bathrooms.Would I return - yes if I didn’t have to use the a/c or heat cause wasn’t happy when seen the mould.
Black mould visible in all vents. I didn’t report because was too late - already there.
Windows would love a cleaning. Not easy to open - support brackets are worn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and the balcony views were amazing. We were able to walk to some of the local restaurants and had an easy drive into Savannah about 20 minutes away. Our family had a great Christmas and appreciate you allowing us to stay over the holiday.

Watching dolphins from the Condo balcony

This condo is in a perfect location to watch the dolphins. It is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped too. From the balcony you can see the dolphins feeding. A beautiful place.

Relaxing vacation

The property was lovely. Our view of the ocean while relaxing in the rocking chairs on the deck was just what we were hoping for. We even saw dolphins! Would certainly rent this condo again.

War buddies reunion

It was a perfect place to meet my old friends. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We experience beautiful sunrises. Wonderful gatherings in the living room. Well equipped kitchen provided for excellent meals. Definitely on my list to use again.

Needs further updating to justify the price

The location and view are fantastic. A heads up about the “resort style pool” that you have access to: not only is it off site, which is in the listing, but there is no parking. You have to find and pay for parking, and you have to text every day for a new code and let them know how many people are going so they can monitor it because it’s so small. No thanks. None of this is mentioned until after you’ve booked and paid. This pool is TINY. I’ve seen bigger pools in private backyards. I don’t know what is “resort style” about it other than it’s good for Instagram pics. The updates that have been done to the condo are nice, but the rest of the unit needs to be completed to justify the price. All 3 bathrooms need to be renovated. The master bath has a musty smell after the shower is used. There is no lock on the slider to the balcony from the living room, just a stick in the track. The couch is very uncomfortable. Sleeper sofas are universally terrible, and I realize the purpose is to provide more sleeping space, but as a couch to sit on it’s awful, and forget about laying on it for a nap. It would also be helpful if the building had a luggage cart. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and still broken when we left. The building is small and has just a few units, which was very nice. The balcony is fantastic and we saw dolphins several times. The rental agency checks in often by text and they seem eager and available to help.

February retreat

We booked this property as a winter retreat during our teen children's February school vacation. The view of the ocean is exactly as pictured, and you can see the sunrise from the bed in the main suite. We loved watching the ships come and go, the super convenient beach access, the quiet neighborhood, and the comfy beds. Three bedrooms gives a family plenty of space to spread out. We liked having board games for stormy evenings, as well as the rocking chairs and comfy recliners. Everything on the island is a few minutes drive, with easy access to Savannah, too. Lots of good places to eat and nearby food shopping. The property managers were super easy and pleasant to deal with. Check in and check out were a breeze. While we loved the property, it is showing signs of wear--the built-in fireplace was non-functional, and a plug-in electric fireplace was also broken and very noisy. The main shower fixture was leaky, and it's clear that there aren't as many dishes as there once might have been. That said, none of this was enough to keep us from having an amazing time in this comfortable space. We absolutely loved it and we would be delighted to stay there again. A perfect, relaxed week away. Thank you!

wonderful views

Lovely home. Comfortable beds. Great porch views with rockers. Enjoyed watching the ships go by. Very roomy. My only complaints would be the couch is not very comfortable but it does have 2 recliners and the elevator broke and could not be fixed during our stay, which was a bummer.

Family Trip

This is our 3rd time at this home - many plus features: 3rd floor for a great view. Elevator. Seating for the 6 of us. Quiet North end of the beach. Easy check-in. Prompt attention to the need for a repairman for stove malfunction. A few things would make it a 5*. The refrigerator needed service ( for the same thing we reported last year.) The rugs and furniture need a good cleaning - as they did last year.) Some sheer drapes under the heavy drapes in the den would be nice. (inexpensive is fine - just need a way to soften the blinding morning sun and not black it out with the heavy drapes. The dining table top is in need of refinishing. (as it was last year, but is worse now.) Some light-weight (summer?!) covers for the beds. The present comforters would be great for winter. It would be nice to have some more small bowls and some more teaspoons (The Dollar Store?). These are all inexpensive "fixes" for a great place!

Perfect getaway

Fun at the Beach

The condo was exactly as listed! Very beautiful, spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed rocking on the balcony watching the ships and dolphins. It was easy to find and get into, and the elevator and beach access was very convenient. We had everything we needed at the condo to feel at home for our stay. Will stay again!

Wonderful condo!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean! 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, all with adult-size beds. Perfect for 3 couples. Large deck. Easy access to the beach, and while other beaches along Tybee were crowded, our beach was much more peaceful. Also several good restaurants nearby, as well as the lighthouse and museum.
