This property was an excellent choice for our family's Spring get together. Quiet location but within easy reach of beach and shared pool. We were a group of 11 but this property will easily sleep up to 16 in comfortable beds. We particularly loved the large, screened porch which became the usual hangout for drinks, conversations and games. All necessities were provided but would recommend availability of additional large beach towels. Repeatedly drying or laundering the regular bathroom towels was a bit of a chore. One annoying issue we had was that the electronic back door lock did not work. We would have preferred to use this as our main entrance with different small groups leaving and returning at different times, but we had to use the one key provided for the front door in a lock box. The rental agent, Southern Belle sent a tech immediately, but he determined that the lock needed to be replaced, necessitating owner approval so it could not be done during our stay. Other small maintenance issues were handled promptly by Southern Belle. In summary we highly recommend this property and would choose it for any large group return stay to Tybee Island.
