Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned.
