  • Brass Rail 206 is located on the second floor and features a private balcony with a side view of the ocean which is a short stroll, about 50 yards away. The three-bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside with a partial Ocean View. This beautiful vacation home has been professionally decorated and transformed into a beautiful sanctuary for your next vacation. The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 2 barstools. The kitchen is nicely updated and is fully equipped and ready to take on your favorite meals while away from home. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has french doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room is furnished with a King-Size bed and a TV, and the second has two Queen beds. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Guests will enjoy the ability to stream their favorite programming from Smart TVs in the Living Room, and Guest bedrooms 1 and 2. Brass Rail Condos is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 206 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area. Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry. NOTE: At this time, elevators are currently not accessible due to construction.

    NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas. Perfect vacation condo

Sometimes you look at photos and reviews and you think it’s too good to be true but this one lived up and exceeded all our expectations. This condo is in the perfect location, a short walking distance from everything but quiet. We loved the layout of this condo. It had everything we needed, space for all 3 of our kids and all the amenities. It was clean and I loved that everything was labeled so you knew which light switches to turn on. The complex was nice, with a pool and hot tub. Which was helpful when it was too chilly for the beach. The complex despite a lot of families was nice and quiet. We barely heard our neighbors upstairs. We will absolutely rent this unit again.

Absolutely Spectacular!!

This property is exactly as described, except to me, the beach was even closer than stated! Only difference in the actual condo and the pictures, is the bedding has been changed in the room with the 2 beds. We are always so worried about the cleanliness of places we book, however our worries were totally taken away when we walked in this beautiful condo. It was very well cleaned, well lit, had everything we needed. The beach access is super close, and easy to get to. We didn't utilize the pool or the hot tub, but many people seemed to be enjoying themselves at them. I hope to get this condo every time we visit. We were able to walk just across the street for some shopping and literally just next door for a delicious breakfast (The Breakfast Club). So very happy with everything this property had to offer

Our host went above and beyond for us.. the condo we were suppose to stay in #206 the elevator was out, I am handicapped and need the elevator I cannot do stairs, they we so kind as to get us another Condo #315 where the elevator was working... they were so kind checking on us and making sure that everything for our stay was up to par for us.

Family outingg

Excellent location and amenities. Condo is extremely well equipped with pretty much anything you need. However, Beach enthusiasts need to bring their own chairs, towels, etc. Close enough to Savannah to combine a beach vacation with a historic city experience. Overall wonderful place.

Excellent property

This property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and the time we spent there was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and will return the next time we choose to vacation on Tybee Island. It is steps from the beach and close to everything.

Small issues, overall a good stay

We had a few hiccups along the way, but it was overall a nice place to stay. Our first day of arrival, both of our assigned parking spaces were taken by other visitors. Due to our arrival of being on a weekend, the main condo's office was closed to help us. As there was lots of other parking available, and even though it was raining with our two year old, we weren't deterred. However, had it been peak season and no other parking available this would have been an issue. The office ladies were exceptionally nice and responsive. We called the office as the kitchen and living room/hallway floors were sticky. As I was speaking with one of the ladies to find a mop or have someone help us, the vent from the microwave fell off ontop of my husband, who was warming milk up for our child. He was ok, and as it was just a piece of plastic, we laughed about it. They had a maintenance person and someone to help with the floors almost immediately. Both of those individuals were very nice and responsive. The rat poop on the balcony was certainly a bit alarming, and as it rained the majority of the stay, we mostly stayed inside, so it never became an issue. The spot of blood on the pillowcase was a bit unnerving, though. The pillows had clearly been cleaned, but the bleach didn't quite get out the spots as well as they could have. I switched pillows and left them a note about it. Obviously they do clean the sheets, and all of them smelled fresh, but this spot was missed. As they gave us plenty of bedding to use, we worked around it. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be looked at as it dripped (unless strategically placed in a certain position) and the handle to the outside balcony was extremely loose. We avoided using that door. Overall, it was a nice stay, and gave us the opportunity to spend time as a family. The location is perfect for walking to the pier, restaurants and local shops. Would I spend this much again here? Only if we had more people with us, and needed to walk around on foot. The space is quite large for a condo and while we never were able to use the pool (too cold for us) it looked like a fantastic area to enjoy family time. I would reccomend the space if you want the location, for sure.

Great family vacation.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for a large family vacation. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and driving over to downtown Savannah. The garage parking was tough for larger vehicles. Overall it was a great vacation!

property was clean, kitchen well stocked parking was the major issue and should be explained prior to booking.. we had large pick up truck that we had to find parking for as it would not fit in garage.

Impeccable property! I am a clean freak and have a couple tiny kids, one who is crawling, so cleanliness is top of my priority list, and this property superseded my expectations! It’s right at the pier so no need for a tent either which is wonderful when your dragging all the things kids need for the beach. The rooms are large and well laid out and all the details of this well designed condo are perfect. The only improvement I could say is that there are no indoor games, beach toys or chairs to use so bring everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the porch has a view of the ocean (although it’s not direct). Easy to get into and out of and the elevator is semi private right to the door which was an unexpected bonus surprise. Highly recommend this condo for a family or even 2 couples/friends. Also it’s right next to food, shops & bars making it ideal for lazy relaxed beach trip. Make sure to go the the crab shack if you’re coming to Tybee! The best seafood around! Super fresh, great view & service!

girlfriend getaway

We were all VERY impressed with this property! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated and up to date. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed - even a keurig! We were so thankful that there was an elevator taking us up to our 2nd floor room. Location was within walking distance to a great little breakfast spot and 1 block over there were little tourist shops and several places to enjoy live music and get drinks. Had it been warmer, we were within walking distance to the beach. Great access! I would highly suggest this property and would stay here again. *Suggestion would simply be having a firepit out on the balcony, but understand that this might be against the condo rules.

We had a wonderful time visiting with family from out of state. The condominium had everything we could have possibly needed. It was clean and very well maintained. An easy walk to the beach, pavilion, shops, and restaurants. Loved the ease of checking in and out. We plan on doing this again next year and maybe every year!

We are local Savannah family that we’re taking a short vacay stay. Having two adult children one in college the other working and all having different work schedules. Your home/ Condo has everything we needed and then some but mostly a relaxing stay from the balcony to a partial ocean view for coffee in the mornings to a glass of wine to end our evening’s. Also views of the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed daily. To a easy access to unload and load from the garage to the elevator to our doorway was excellent. I also cooked and baked in the wonderful kitchen that is well supplied to all your cooking needs. We also ate in several restaurants which are wonderful we celebrated our sob’s birthday dinner at Aj’s one of our favorite resturants. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality! We recommend brass rails and TVR you will be very happy for your future plans to visit Tybee Island so give them a call or look up there app. You will be ( Welcome Hone). May 2019 Stay

Outstanding week in beautiful Tybee! Could not have asked for better accommodations! Our 2 Brass Rail condos were right in the heart of the island's activity - walking distance to restaurants and bars and of course the beach. Unit 306 had a decent ocean view. Tybee Vacation Rentals were the very best to deal with! They took care of all arrangements and made us feel at home!

We loved the apartment, it’s so nicely decorated and that gives a nice atmosphere as we felt home. Besides that it’s very close to the beach. We also loved the shared pool and the whirlpool. It’s just a very convenient place to be. It was very clean too.
