Wonderful Tbyee island stay

Had a wonderful stay in tybee. Accommodations are very close to the beach, shops and restaurants on tybrisa street.

Great Location!

The condo had everything we needed for our getaway. Our family with 2 teenage sons stayed and it was very walkable to everything and we felt very safe. Beach was so close and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The unit could use a little TLC but the view and proximity to everything made up for it. Also, pool was very nice and it's just 1 street over, no need to drive there.

Loved this condo! I'd definitely stay here again. It was clean and very convenient as far as location. Very short walk to the beach and just around the corner to a restaurant. It had everything we needed.

Nice location to beach and restaurants/shopping. Unit shows as listed and had all needed items. Easy to go to Savannah and also enjoy the beach.

This condo is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything on Tybee. It is literally a few minutes walk to the beach. One evening we walked to a restaurant for dinner. The garage is at ground level and this unit is the top floor, so there are stairs to climb. But it was worth the effort to have such a lovely place to stay. You can see the ocean from the balcony.

Family vacation

Everything about it was perfect except for parking. There is not enough room to park if you are not in a small car. Had to pay to park out on the street. The room was ideal location to the beach and stores. Room had everything we needed. Was pleased with everything except parking.

Great condo

This condo was great. The location was amazing - 2 to 3 minute walk from door to sand, lot of restaurants in walking distance. We only took the car out to go to the island grocery store. The condo was clean, the perfect size, nicely decorated with a wonderful porch where we could sit and see and hear the ocean., and the covered parking was a bonus. Only two opportunities for improvement I would mention are the master bedroom bed frame was very squeaky and the living room coach was well loved. You could not get out of bed or role over without the other person hearing it. We were glad we were the only people there because we switched to the second bedroom the remaining nights. When we sat on the ends of the couch you automatically slid towards the middle. But saying all that we will definitely stay here again when we are in Tybee next.

Weekend Getaway.

We rented this lovely condo for a weekend getaway and to enjoy all things pirate during the annual "Pirate Fest". The location is perfect, but be mindful that you have several flights of stairs to climb. Check-in was an easy process without any awkward contact with the rental agency, just make sure you read all email correspondence for instructions. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen was decently stocked with things to cook with. It was nice that someone had been in to check the condo and to turn on lights, air and televisions before our arrival. The bedrooms were nicely decorated with top quality sheets and blankets. I really wanted to take the quilt home with me from the master BR it was super soft and comfortable. The cons i would say are very few, first off, the shower could use a new shower head, curtain rod and rings. They are old and rusty, but it had good pressure. Secondly, that has to be the worst mattress i have ever slept on in a VRBO property. I had to coordinate rolling over with my husband to avoid falling in the crater in the middle of the bed. Mattress has some definite age to it and lumpy. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and hope to return soon!!

Condo warning

The pictures look good but I can assure you that you will not sleep well. The mattresses in both rooms are broken down, the king size bed has a slope that you roll down towards the door, the queen size bed had a hole in the middle. The couch is broken down as well. Be sure and ask if these things have been replaced because it’s up on the third floor. You will not feel like bringing all your things back down and moving a few blocks away to another location if they even have anything available. It was not the property management that was a problem, they actually were helpful and answered txt messages concerning these issues and the air conditioner freezing up issue. I think they were replacing the air conditioner the day we left but they did offer fans and window units. It was close to the beach and convenient to restaurants. The parking is small so we had to find somewhere else to park the truck and trailer, which meant we parked our motorcycles in the small spots downstairs. They did not offer to compensate us financially though so that was disappointing. So I would not stay there again unless they made all those things right with our group.

White Cap condo southern Belle Properties Tybee island

Furniture was EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable! Hard sofa and two sit up chairs in living room. Bed creaked and sunk to the middle. Parking was horrific in garage spots and ours was occupied at check in. Finally had to request it to be towed so we could get parked after dinner and woke us around midnight.m towing that car. Tea pitcher was old plastic annd dirty looking. Toaster half worked and was old! Old! Only 6 small spoons (cheapest ever) and 2 Teflon skillets so badly scratched, I wouldn’t use them!! Dishes and stove were nice. Some bed pillows had human bodily fluid stains! NO elevator (my fault for not noticing this though). Steps Not up to code and a rusty bent nail was on a couple. Shower curtain was all rusty and old and curtain shabby! Tub had scum stains!! I was just absolutely shocked at these little things. The condo was quaint. Just needed decent furniture. Walk to the beach was perfect 2 minute walk. Very nice. I didn’t want luxury. I just wanted clean and comfort. Definitely will never go back!

Great location and view of ocean, condition not up to standards

This condo is located in a great location, and was the perfect size for our family of 4. Somewhere in the listing it does say it can sleep up to 6, however this is not accurate. The listing also included having multiple couches (although only one pictured), and the one there was very uncomfortable and had a cover on top that was pretty yucky. I'm going to be a bit nit-picky as I don't want others to be mislead, and hopefully some of these updates can be made for future guests. Overall the condo was in need of some updates - fresh paint (lots of knicks and weird splatters on some of the walls), rusty vents, no rugs in either bathroom or kitchen, bathrooms weren't super clean, the beds in both bedrooms caved in towards the middle and could use to be replaced, there was a rusty nail sticking out of one of the patio chairs (eek!), no hand soap or laundry detergent so be sure to bring your own. Although the pool hours were accurately shown on the listing, it's unfortunate the pool closed at 5:00 each day. Also, thankfully we only had one vehicle, however we would not have been able to fit another as listed since the trash cans were stored in the back of our second spot and you wouldn't be able to maneuver in or out. Friends of ours rented a similar sized condo the next block over for the same price and theirs was considerably cleaner. This place has a lot of potential if the updates mentioned above would be made.

Amazing Location - Adorable Condo

This property was great for our stay in Tybee. The location was amazing - loved our ocean view every morning. Condo was roomy and clean and we really liked having the parking. My only complaint is that the door code did not work so we had to use a key during our trip.

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, but the unit could have been cleaner.

Enjoyed being near the beach. The keyless entry was temperamental and often took several trys to open or lock. The rugs and bathrooms were dirty upon arrival and there was mold in the second bathroom shower.
