Condominio directamente frente al mar con impresionantes vistas del amanecer desde dos balcones privados y piscinas comunitarias

Beach House 415 es un condominio de esquina de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños frente al mar, con un balcón privado que ofrece vistas a la playa y al océano Atlántico. Ubicado dentro del complejo Beachside Colony Resort, disfrute de un estilo de vida de centro turístico con tres piscinas comunitarias, una de ellas climatizada, acceso directo a la playa y un restaurante en el lugar, "The Deck", que ofrece una cocina costera única. Estará ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle de Memorial Park, que cuenta con un maravilloso campo de juegos, canchas de voleibol, canchas de básquetbol, canchas de tenis, YMCA y biblioteca. Esta excelente ubicación en medio de la isla se encuentra a pocos pasos de varios restaurantes populares.

Mire la salida del sol desde dos balcones privados, o quédese adentro y despiértese con la vista del amanecer desde la comodidad de su dormitorio principal. La sala de estar está amueblada de forma cómoda y tiene acceso al balcón cubierto, TV de pantalla plana y sofá cama Queen. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 5, y hay 3 asientos en la barra de desayuno. La cocina está totalmente equipada, y hay una lavadora y secadora apiladas en el pasillo.

Cada una de las habitaciones ofrece muebles frescos y puede acomodar a las parejas que viajan o a una familia muy bien. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King, y un televisor de pantalla plana, balcón privado con vista al mar, y tiene un baño principal adjunto con tocador doble y una combinación de bañera / ducha de hidromasaje. El primer dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con dos camas dobles con capacidad para 4 personas y un televisor de pantalla plana. Esta habitación tiene un baño compartido con una combinación de bañera / ducha y también se accede a través del pasillo. El segundo dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana.

Este condominio cuenta con internet inalámbrico para uso de los huéspedes. Hay estacionamiento en el lugar para 2 vehículos. NOTA: Los SUV más grandes pueden no caber en el espacio de estacionamiento, especialmente durante las temporadas altas / altas. Beachside Colony ofrece calor de piscina entre los meses de octubre a marzo. El calor de la piscina está disponible solo en una piscina y se calienta según el clima y la mecánica y no es un servicio garantizado.

It was a great place for a family trip. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach- there was access right outside the stairs. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate in the onsite restaurant more than once while we were there which was super convenient for kids. You could order from the pool :) We would definitely stay there again.

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Thought we would have a better view of the beach. Palm trees were too tall to have a good view. Maybe update the beach view pictures online.

Great Beachfront Property!

The condo was just as described and you can't beat the convenience of being on the beach! The condo was overall very clean except we did find one dead cockroach in the master closet midweek, as well as a living one the night before checkout. We really enjoyed having access to "The Deck" restaurant/ bar. Additionally, it is wise to point out that this condo does not come with beach chairs or any beach supplies, so be sure to bring your own! Also, the beach access is open to the public, so some days it was quite busy! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

We had a great time and found the property to be exactly as described. Actually, it felt more spacious in person. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 2 college-age teens so there was plenty of room for us all to spread out at the end of the day. Being oceanfront was definitely our favorite feature. Listening to the ocean every night was priceless and the sunrises were amazing. The only thing I would say to others is since this property is on the first level and at the end of the building you do see a lot of foot traffic from the boardwalk/public access path. It did not bother us since we were there off-peak but if you are seeking more solitude it might not be to your liking. Although this property was A+ I think next time I'd get a unit on an upper level to get an even more magnificent view.

I absolutely loved this property it was beautiful & quiet. I also highly recommend eating at Stingray seafood the food and service was amazing! Me and my family were happy with everything.

Decent condo but not great

This property is not bad but for what they charge for rent it should be better. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. When we checked in we noticed a towel bar had been torn off the wall and only 1/2 repair. We encounter numerous 'bugs' the 1st few days we were there. The window in the front bed room leaked and soaked the carpet. The 'view' for an ocean front condo consisted of palm trees and basically nothing else. The 'fully equipped' kitchen was a joke. Pots and pans were scarce. The 3 non-stick frying pans were unusable do to scratched an peeling non-stick coating. Cooking utensils were also the bare minimum and there was not even a hand mixer. I will say that the beds and pillows were the best of any property I've ever rented and I've rented a lot. Overall it wasn't a bad place but it was not worth the rent they charge in my opinion. The location was good and the walk to the beach was easy. Just know that if you rent this condo, there is no view to speak of and be prepared to get most of your meals. out.

Spring Break Getaway

Wanted a quiet condo on the waterfront that was not crowded due to the pandemic. Wanted to avoid crowded lobbies and elevators an this property checked all of the boxes. Overall clean and well maintained- just dusty. Good amenities with TV's, kitchen and comfortable bedding.

This condo was wonderful! Stocked well. We loved sitting on the patio watching the waves! The sounds was heavenly! Beds were nice! Just needs a vacuum cleaner. The location was the best. Down the stairs, out the gate and to the beach. IMG_9550.mov So much fun!

Can't beat a nice clean property on the beach! We had a 10 day working vacation from the condo, even bringing our printer. The only negative was the pool being closed two or three days into our stay and we gave feedback on that separately as there could have been accommodations to not close down altogether. This was our first time staying away from the south beach area and having The Deck restaurant here was a plus. Going down to the pier area was so easy and it was quieter here too. We would definitely return IF the pool were open. Inside the condo I just wish there had been screens on the patio doors. Otherwise everything was perfect and spacious! Awesome condo in awesome location but a little bit noisy

We went there as the last stop back home at the end of our round trip trough Florida. The condo is located in a nice Ressort and located behind a Dune. The condo was very clean and like described in the listing. It is just a 2 Min Walk to the Beach (we loved it). The Bar & Restaurant on the Property has great food and drinks. Only con - the noise. The unit is on the first floor above the garage, no problem BUT the unit above has tiled floors - as soon as someone moves a chair in the dining area you can hear it especially in the late hours of the evening and Bedtime. This was a Problem since we traveled with a baby. Same thing with the Balconies, our neighbors were sitting outside and talking very intense. You could hear every single word when we were in Bed. If you don’t have a problem with noise or noisy neighbors this is the Perfect condo for you.
