The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We saw beautiful sunrises from the beach in the morning and sunsets from the back river beach in the evening.

Great location. Right by the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet street. House needs a little TLC and maybe provide simple toiletries.

Location was wonderful! Close to beach and pier for fishing. Had a great time. Luckily we didn’t book during the Orange crush reload event and got off the island early early Saturday morning before the chaos ensued.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. It was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sitting area and partial beach view from the front porch. This unit has convenient access to the beach. The area was quiet and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The parking space under the unit was a big plus. The check-in /check- out process was easy. The only con was that the sliding door to the back porch from the master bedroom was hard to open and the wifi speed was wearily slow. But we would definitely stay there again!

Easy walk to beach. Quiet area. Had coffee filters, salt and pepper packets in condo. Nothing else for cooking other than dishes to use. Only one TV. Couch and chairs in living room are dated and uncomfortable.

Spring break with kids in Tybee Island

Property clean for the most part. The rugs need to be thrown out ( they were filthy). TV only in the living room. People like to watch a little TV before bed. Warn people about the steps on the property. Hauling luggage up two flights of stairs is not for the people with knee issues. Your parking skills may be challenged. The BEST part is that EVERYTHING is close. Beach. Restaurants. Good Trip!

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Tybee island

Close to beach , relaxing, and comfortable condo. Enjoyed our two weeks and weather was spectacular. Would re book again.

Excellent Stay

Property was located within walking distance of all bars and shops. Down a quiet little lane, an arms throw to the beach. We had a great experience.

It was perfect for our two night stay, with our friends. Place was a little tricky to find and parking is tight. But nice to have a spot with Tybee’s parking being so crazy. We tried to check in at four and the cleaner was still there so we had to wait a bit. Not really an issue but our experience. There were quite a few spring breakers, this time of year, so if that’s not your thing, just be noted.

Cute & Great location to beach

Great spacious house for 4 friends to hang out, enjoying beachy themed decorations, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars alike. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the home. Extra bonus... Beach towels available for use too!

Great location

Yes sometimes the three flights of stairs was a pain but everything else made up for it. Great location, beautiful view, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and the view!
