  • ¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Villa a estrenar ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa. Está extremadamente bien equipado con una cocina de acero inoxidable, molduras de techo y lo último en baños. Deje su automóvil atrás ya que el condominio está ubicado en el área más deseable de la isla. Estarás a una corta distancia a pie de la mayoría de los restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y pintorescas tiendas. El muelle está a solo 1/4 cuadra de distancia. The condo was very comfortable, well furnished and allowed plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The patio was a huge plus- the kids played out there quite a bit. It was great having a garage to park in, an elevator, pools, short walks to beach, restaurants and shops. The host was very available and happy to answer questions as they came up. We would love to come back!

Hope tub was great, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were awesome. Great location on Tybee Island and would definitely come back and stay again.

Dan’s place was exactly as described! The extended patio double our space because we were able to hang out with tons of seating. The proximity to the beach and pools was amazing and easy especially with 2 little ones in tow. Dan had so many thoughtful additions like the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas that we will definitely pack lighter with our next stay. So so much room to enjoy our family! Thanks Dan! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island! Our accommodations were perfect for 5 adults - and the hosts kept in contact with us for anything we might need. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, just wished we would have stayed longer. We'd highly recommend staying here - it's a great location!

Made Memories

We had a great time total family members staying in the area were 16. Very convenient to the beach along with the pool and hot tub. Definitely enjoyed our time.

Great location and property

This is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at on Tybee island. Having the pool was a great option to the beach every day. Also all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts was a huge benefit.

The condo has so many amenities. The pool and the beach were convenient and never crowded. We truly had a fantastic time and the owners were so accommodating. It was roomy and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

This VRBO had everything! It was wonderful to not have to pack beach and pool accessories for the trip...not even beach towels! A beach wagon, chairs, tent, and toys were all provided. The condo was pristine, and my older children enjoyed the ginormous TV in the living room (we were there for several World Cup games!). The pool was nice, but even though the huge patio overlooks the pool, you do have to make a small trek to get there. The beach is a fairly straight shot and about a block away with a very nice ramp over the dunes for easy access with your beach wagon or stroller. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and lots of wonderful restaurants. The condo is up a half flight of stairs, but the elevator is quick and easy when needed. The gate entry to the underground parking helped this single mom feel secure and kept the car nice and cool!

Wonderful week on Tybee!

This a wonderful property, so close to so many restaurants, shops, the pier, everything! The unit is well stocked, even beach towels and chairs! Dan is a great host, and we can’t wait to go back!

The condo was great. So close to the beach and the shops. The rooms were huge and the extended balcony was amazing! Would definitelt stay here again. Daniel provided detailed information and was very quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Great family layout and location

Loved the layout, huge master bedroom and back patio. Pool was easily accessible and the ocean was just a few minutes walk.

Tybee Thanksgiving

We had all we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner! Great patio to lounge on and a nice big TV to watch the games. Super convenient location for walking to the beach, shopping, eating and drinking.

Wonderful stay in a well kept condo., just steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for four women and an infant. The touches of home were a nice perk, as we utilized the beach supplies, sat on the large patio outside, and lounged inside with ease. The home is walking distance to pretty much anything you may need, so no car or golf cart is needed once there. 10/10 recommend this home for any one/group looking for a clean, relaxing, stay in Tybee!

Relaxing

Enjoyed our stay on Tybee. Loved that the restaurants and shops were so close within walking distance. Able to walk across the street and get my coffee before sunrise. The condominium was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Pool wasn’t too crowded.Owner was easily accessible although we had no issues. Fond of Tybee and its relaxed environment.

Amazing location, top-notch customer service!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 ( 4 adults, 2 children). It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops and steps to the beach! We had an amazing stay! The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Adult Family Vacay

We had a great time in Tybee Island & would recommend Dan's property to all!! Unit was clean, had everything we needed & the bonus is the huge patio! Very close walk to beach & Dan provides beach chairs, floats & a beach wagon to get all of your things to the beach in one trip. South Beach was so much fun.
