“establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! “Convenient overnight stop when visiting our daughter. Car park is large but there are lots of larger vehicles that double park making it tight for others. It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!”

“We stayed in the department down the street, apart from the hotel's main building. Its beautifully decorated interiors made us very happy throughout our stay.
Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and we had to keep the windows open to keep cool, which led to spiders and noise from the main street coming in.
The back garden needs a little bit of love, too. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!”
