“This was my second time to this house as it is one of my favorites in visiting the University of Houston. The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. We used the kitchen to have a home cooked meal together. The wifi is very fast as I was able to work while they took their last finals. We will be returning for many more visits.”

“Perfect cozy and quiet spot for a short trip! Not too long of a walk for breakfast/lunch in the morning and also a pretty short ride to bars nearby. I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood even when walking alone late at night. The host was very responsive and the space was clean. Would absolutely stay here again”

“The stay was great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The furniture is simple and up to date. It was not old junk furniture. The bathroom facilities are clean and well maintained. It was good to have a separate living room, bed room and bath instead of them combined. The bed was a little too soft because it was memory foam. I would definitely stay here again. ”
