Habitación sin mantenimiento
Reservamos una duplex villa y nos dieron una en MUY mal estado, la puerta del baño no servía, cortinas asquerosas, la cama tenía un mosquitero con unas manchas negras muy raras y sucio. Algunos escalones del decir estabn rotos, la entrada a la villa sucia, el Sergio de room service lento y se confunden con la orden, las sabanas rotas, el segundo día no pusieron toallas faciales o jabón, yo no lo recomendaría no por lo que pagamos

Lo mejor las vistas y el personal
El trato recibido es imejorable, el personal es muy atento, amable y personal (simpre se dirigen a los huspesdes por su nombre, no sé como los reconocen a todos). Lo mejor la vistas sobre el río y la jungla (quitan el aliento). La Villa muy bonita y acogedora.

El mejor hotel de Ubud
Hotel de lujo a muy buen precio. Estuvimos en una suite del "jungle retreat". Son nuevas y cuidadas al mínimo detalle. Nos hicieron un masaje en el mango tree spa, una cabaña con vistas al valle, perfectamente equipada y confortable. Quedamos muy contentos. Las masajistas, muy profesionales, nos hicieron un cuestionario antes de empezar. El restaurant de abajo también tiene vistas al valle. Todo el personal es encantador y nos ayudaron en todo momento, desde la recepción, hasta el checkout.

ubicación en medio de la selva
el hotel esta muy bien , nosotros nos quedamos en una habitación duplex con piscina , el problema que la piscina estaba dentro de baño y sin vistas , era poco practica , daba la utilidad de bañera grande…..el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear sobre todo el continental , muy escaso y calidad pobre. el servicio bueno menso un día que el restaurante estaba lleno y fueron bastante lentos y despistados. también tienen un problema con el idioma hay que repetirles dos o tres veces las cosas sobre todo a recepción porque le cuesta entender, eso para quedar con un chofer en el lobby y que te recoja nos dio problemas ….por lo demás es limpio y la ubicación es espectacular en medio de la selva ,,, hay shuttle que te lleva al centro y eso esta bien cada hora pero la ultima es a las 5 de la tarde , demasiado temprano.

We had a private pool with the river view villa, and it was beautiful. The villa was cleaned, great view, and amazing customer service. The staff are always friendly and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. Our water is always stocked, and when we need extra, they bring you extras. On top of that, you have your own dedicated butler that you can easily call by dialing #3 on your villa's phone. The free breakfast buffet was amazing, especially compared to the free breakfast that these American hotels offer. Personally, Kupu Kupu Barong set the standard for free breakfast at a very high level for me now. If we go back to Bali, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in one of the River View Villas which was lovely. Amazing view and lovely plunge pool. The hotel itself was a little lacking in facilities and a little tired in areas. I was very disappointed that despite it being a L'Occitane hotel, the actual L'Occitane shop had no products available during our stay.

Our stay at kupu kupu barong was beyond amazing. We were stunned at how wonderful our room was (with its own plunge pool) and loved the very friendly staff. We only ate at the restaurant once for dinner which was pretty good, the breakfast buffet had a good variety but f Balinese and “western” food. But the best part of our stay was our butlers Sugi and Sumadi, not to mention the gentlemen I called “everywhere guy” because he was always there when we needed him (I’m so sorry I forgot your name). They were both friendly and attentive. They predicted our requests, offered great tips and went above beyond for our needs. I can’t wait to have an excuse to go back.

Got a moldy room, pillow was mildew smelling, bed left us sore. Food was not the best. Pool was sad. Advertised there was a hottub but there wasnt. Room was not clean.

The internet never worked. The room that was given to us smelt like mold. After inspecting, we found mold. The food options was not good. The staff was nice, thats the only good thing i could say about the place. Not worth staying at. It ruined out trip even though we made thw best of it.

The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, but are a bit frayed around the edges due to wear and tear. The breakfasts are superb also. This hotel is built on a slope though so there are many stairs to navigate, although you can get a buggy from your room to reception if required. Dinner and cocktails were great and the tandoori restaurant does a brilliant curry. We booked a private tour around the area with the hotel and it was just brilliant also. The hotel also has a daily shuttle into the centre of Ubud. But really, the staff at the hotel made our holiday very special. Oh and I forgot to mention their complimentary afternoon tea. Perfect.

初日から、バスタブのお湯が出ないエアコンからの水漏れあり、また水ボトルの栓抜きが無い等問題があり。バスタブのお湯については最後の夜に少しは温かいお湯が出るようになった。全体的にお客を受け入れる準備確認が出来ているのか疑問に思ってしまう。レストランは日本食のかんばんは有ったが、営業停止中であることのインフォメーションも無かった。部屋はベッドルームにトイレが無く、一回のフロアーまで移動が大変だった(夜は特に)。レストランのメニューを充実させてほしい。

Wow what an amazing experience. We got the river view villa with a infiniti pool (rm#35) and it was above and beyond our expectations! We cancelled our plans for the day just to stay and enjoy our room! The room even came with a butler (named Tukey) who went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely experience. Whenever we return to Ubud we would definitely want to stay here again.

Warning, be aware of the rats!!!!
If you don’t mind rats/mice in your room. Please help yourself! The hotel is located close to a ricefield. Rats likes rice. They also seem to like runnuing around on the roof and getting into the houses. We also had some encounters in the restaurants. So just be aware if this is not your thing.

Start off by saying, I booked a villa for 3 nights and relied on the photos for my booking. When arriving to the hotel the staff was very nice and friendly. We were taken to our villa and our room didn't quite look like what we booked, we were tired and ended up sleeping. The next morning I contacted the staff about our room and asked why we stayed in a room that we didnt pay for, and they replied with saying that the room we booked wasnt available and we had to contact the hotel before our arrival to make sure we are staying at the room we paid for/ LOL WHATT??? The villa we stayed at was a 50 dollar difference a night then the one we paid for. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving after one night to a different hotel. Overall, this hotel wasn't for us. Ive never had an issue with booking a hotel and ending up staying at a different room then what we paid for.
