“Ya valoré en su dia este hotel. Es un hotel pésimo con una suciedad terrible (manchas en las sabanas colchones sucios, cortinas manchadas y rotas...etc) de lo cual tenemos fotos de todo, ademas de que está muy mal gestionado. Necesitan con urgencia capacitacion de todo el personal. Por no aceptar pago con tarjeta porque la señora gerente no la daba la gana, nos hicieron pagar una parte en efectivo, quedandonos sin dinero para nuestras vacaciones. ”

“I love its unique boutique style and it’s very homely and friendly. There is a family affair going on here with the staff and management. The ambience is great. Also the staff wash your clothes which is a bonus. The facilities are outdated but neat and tidy. I’ll return. ”

“Very clean room, good aircon, bathroom shower great hot water good pressure, easy access to town. We had early checkout no issues as the reception is open 24hrs. Only small issue the tv reception was not working. ”

“Can’t say enough how awesome this place is. Everyone ever who goes to SUVA I will recommend this hotel until the day I die. I LOVE them. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice but also real people too. Security at the front and friendly people. It’s a conference center so you may occasionally hear activities but this gives you the ability to be louder too! So you can listen to music or watch the TV louder than most places. The price was great! Thank you Yatu Lau 🙏”

“This place has so much potential. Our family suite was large and the balcony looked over the wharf - which was really interesting. The staff were lovely. However there is no attention to ambiance. the place is stuffed with old decaying chairs and there is junk everywhere. The sheets were stained but clean. I am mindful that we weren't paying top dollar. ”
