“Dont expect service of any sort that requires humans. They dont have a kitchen for lunch/ dinner etc. so food has to be delivered (to the front desk). If you expect a sofa bed to be made (booked a king suite for 3 people) - dont bother (pick linen up from reception & make your own bed).”

“Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night.”

“The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. It seemed like they were just college kids there for a job. The breakfast was a total joke. While they don't advertise it as a complete continental breakfast, the offerings were subpar at best. The staff didn't keep up with any of the replenishment of coffee, food, etc, to the point where I ended up just getting breakfast elsewhere. “I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this.
