“We only spent one night at the hotel, but it was just perfect. Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!”

“Dont expect service of any sort that requires humans. They dont have a kitchen for lunch/ dinner etc. so food has to be delivered (to the front desk). If you expect a sofa bed to be made (booked a king suite for 3 people) - dont bother (pick linen up from reception & make your own bed).”

“Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night.”

While they don't advertise it as a complete continental breakfast, the offerings were subpar at best. “I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. “This was an older property that was renovated at least with paint and new decor. It smelled kind of musty and the walls were thin. The breakfast was limited.”

“Location is good but the Sonesta Suites needs an urgent and full refurbishment both in the rooms and common areas. AC almost doesn’t work, Gym is dirty and equipment not working (need to stop the treadmill with the emergency button), almost no weights. Rooms need to be upgraded, mattress very old.”
