“Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much.”

“Lovely Cozy basement apartment with fried, cooktop, microwave and sink. Stocked with cutlery, cookware, and dishes toaster, coffee maker and pods, and lots of nice touches, like a few snacks in the fridge and a bottle of chilled water. Quiet neighbourhood, good for sleeping, you do occasionally hear a few footfalls from upstairs, but just the regular sound of a happy family, felt like home! Thanks Hiba Would definitely recommend.”

We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them.”
