“This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing fancy, quite simple, but it makes up for in convenience and service. Check in was a breeze, our room was perfectly clean and spacious. For Covid reasons, we were warned that there was no housekeeping unless it is requested, but I called the hotel lobby to have my trash taken out a couple of times. “The air conditioning piece is at you face level and blows hot air into your face all night. Wakes you up and very unpleasant. bedding is very poor No Duvet. Very cold. Sheets are terrible quality, polyester. ”

“Sadly, Sorel is too expensive for what it is. It's obvious it used to be amazing but it's in need of a maintenance team and general refreshing. The rooms are clean but old. The hotel is seriously understaffed (one poor waiter in the restaurant) and the front desk staff is hit or miss. There are lightbulbs out all around the property and everything needs a fresh coat of paint. The daily expeditions, scenery and location of the hotel are great and why I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 3....
