“Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. ”

“Overall, it was a great stay. It was close to Main Street Williams but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. We loved the dogs on premises. They made my daughters’ day. Through looking at pictures and finally inquiring of listing agent, we were aware before renting, but listing is most certainly not clear. “I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best.”

“This is a beautiful cabin in the middle of the forest that you will absolutely enjoy. Stayed 3 nights and will come back for sure. The meadows nearby are safe and amazing to walk around, sleep under the trees and watch wildlife...deer, coyotes, birds... what a beautiful place. Ramin is an excellent host and was always responsive, provided clear instructions and even helped provide tips & local attractions to visit.”
