“We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. ”

“This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again. ”

“This craftsman home is gorgeous! Clearly someone took a lot of time and love to restore it to what it is today. My husband, brother, and sister-in-law all commented that we wanted to live in that home and wished we could move it to our respective cities. The the property was everything we needed and a perfect stay with our weens, they loved the doggy door and long walks at the wild pen creek trail. The property was a perfect location for all our needs with our oldest being just down the road at camp on campus. We will definitely book again in the future and highly recommend. ”

“This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”

“This house is so cute! The beds are comfy, the decor beautiful, the backyard is so big and fun! I stayed here while picking up my college kid, and made dinner for his friends in the kitchen. The kitchen/dining area were perfect for hosting, and the house was easy to find. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival, but the host was quick to answer our call and help us to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Is just the beginning! What a lovely, sparkling clean home! Our Host Jodi was so accommodating and her communication back and forth with us was fantastic. From complimentary s’mores to bottled water and a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival, our experience at Urban exceeded our expectations! Not to mention, the Silos were visible from the kitchen window! Great property!!”

“very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”

"Pesima atencion de parte de los trabajadores ( no todos ) principalmente de parte de una recepciónista mujer (indu )Y una mujer adulta mayor morena ,americana ,de espejuelos ,que es (housekeeping ) las dos se comportaron de manera homofobica solo porque soy gay ,llego un momento que ni siquiera me miraron ha la cara cuando yo les hablaba ,fueron groceras y solo decidieron ignorarme ,ya que yo les estaba planteando mi problema que habia perdido un objeto muy valioso para mi en dicho HOTEL ,En fin al otro dia no me dejaron pagar otro dia en el hotel y tuve que largarme ,el manager desde el primer momento me trato con indiferencia y a partir de ahy varios de sus trabajadores tomaron su misma atitud ,les recomiendo que no se hospeden ahy ya que son muy despotas y si no hablas ingles peor te trataran .... "
