Neighborhood remake underway with an interesting mix of new buildings, some undergoing renovation & a few that still need to be started. Good walking distance for me (maybe a mile?) to the Brazos parks with fascinating old bridges & of course the longhorns/cowboys larger-than-life statue group. Maybe 1/2 mile to Franklin Ave. business district with so many quaint shops, eateries & most importantly, an auto...

Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks!
