“Quiet and Safe neighborhood Clean Room Kind Host”

Kitchen was fully equipped, AC and heat worked great, comfortable beds with extra blankets, and the place was very clean and remodeled well and the backyard was large with plenty of seating. Only complaints were the bathroom was really small, you would not want to be a big guy on that toilet with how close to the tub it is. “Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. “The place was filthy, the floor had not been mopped, tere were foods crumbs all over, the smoke detector was chirping the whole time, trash cans were not clean and had something sticky and paper in them. There were stains on the bathroom walls, a ceiling light fixture was missing and the light did not work either, the vents had spider webs coming out of them, the mat outside the place was really dirty and gross.
