“Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten, allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage – was bei wärmeren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm macht. Die persönliche Ansprache mit "Du" mag sympathisch wirken, doch dazu gehört aus unserer Sicht auch, dass man umfassend informiert wird. “This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. He was so friendly and super attentive with us. ### Negative aspects: - *Bistro lunch menu*: The lunch menu at the Bistro was bad. The soup and sandwich were like nothing. ## Overall rating Considering the positive and negative aspects, I think the hotel offers a good experience overall, with highlights like the spa, rooms, and breakfast, but with a limited or poor offering on the Bistro's lunch menu. "
