“Checked into a dirty house. Laundry in entry. Dirty sheets unmade bed. Bed upstairs completely stripped no linen. Cat hair all over rugs in main bedroom (we have pics and video). No communication from homeowner/manager. Then we called and got a return phone call saying the maid service wasn’t available with NO WARNING. The place smells old and we had to leave and were somewhat stranded with no decent lodging. And no communication from manager about any of this. We did get a refund but what...

“Very convenient location to everything Bodega. Very safe area with roving security patrols. Communication with the host was excellent. Great view of the ocean and bay. All kitchen items required were available. Bring your own spices though because they have the very basic leftover spices from other guests like salt n pepper n garlic powder. Beds are firm but pillows are very comfortable.”

“Kellie was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy and comfortable.with the windows open you could hear the ocean. Only item is the parking is very tight bring a smaller car.”

“Excellent in every way. Clean and well appointed, the bedding, pillows and mattress are so comfortable. I’ll most definitely return. Thank you Steve Brodie”

“There’s hardly any water up stairs the shower doesn’t work at all. Threshold into upstairs bedroom isn’t attached caused me to trip heated was up at 85 degrees when we got here took forever to cool off zero water pressure”

“It was a very cute and quiet place to unwind. The only thing that was bothersome is on the last day the house cleaner was in front of the home an hour before checkout and blabbing on his phone. It made for an uneasy exit.”

“The location on the beach and hot tub was amazing. The stair well to the loft was smaller than we thought it would be, and the bathroom door was heavy and loud to use. But everything else was great!”

“Beautiful, charming cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Close to wineries and food.”
