“The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great value and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location near Southern Pines. Walking distance to several restaurants. weymouth Woods hiking trails literally two blocks away. Only a few minutes away from the Golf Course that we played. I would probably paint the front fence and do some things in the yard for curb appeal. Inside /older home but clean and you get what is advertised. Appliances, air-conditioning, all the important things have been updated/ large suite upstairs that we gave to our friends to stay in and they really enjoyed...

“Nice property for the cost and super responsive property management ”

“Your home was clean, modern and in a great location to the village. We enjoyed the cozy backyard and surroundings.”

“This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! ”

“We had a wonderful weekend . The house was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The house is located very close to the downtown area and very close to all the golf courses. Check-in was easy. I would highly recommend staying there. I felt the price was extremely fair and the hosts really put a lot of thought into making it comfortable. We will be back.”

“This beautiful home is located within walking distance to downtown and a beautiful park for kids to enjoy. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with extra fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I did not bring my dog, but this is an extra bonus if you need to bring yours.”

“Cutest little house!”

“Excellent property. Very clean and comfortable. It’s walking distance to downtown Southern Pines which is great for dinners and drinks. We will definitely be back.”

“From booking this property until check in time, the experience was very frustrating. When we arrived at property for check in, the host was there. Check in is at 4, she stayed till nine pm. It was very strange. The property wasn’t ready for us. She was cleaning inside upon arrival and then started outside cleaning. Which took her till 9pm. Really want a refund for the first night. ”

“Love this golfer friendly home with the perfect layout and great location. We visited for a quick weekend to play golf at Pinehurst with our son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed the sunroom for college football games in the evening. It was great to have garage access since it was a wet weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and cool Pinehurst Golf decor. We will stay here again!”
