  • 3 bedroom 3.5 bath spacious private home in a gated golf course community. 20 minutes to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. 15min from the back gate of Fort Liberty.
    Huge kitchen, seating for 8 in the dining room. 2 fire places. Large yard with pool. Master suite includes king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and bath with Jacuzzi tub. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a large backyard with grill, hot tub and pool.
    Entire home will be yours to enjoy, upstairs and down, inside and out. Owners will be off-site during your stay, but assistance is just a phone call away!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with its beautiful yard and quiet cul de sac setting. The pool was great and there were plenty of games and books to keep us entertained in the evenings.

We had a great time! Very clean & nostalgic home. Great family get together location having the grandkids there with entertainment for all. Also very peaceful & felt safe. Our elderly parents came along & was nice & comfortable for them as well.

This is by far the best place we've stayed. This is a wonderful house and it's huge. Accommodations were great, it was very quiet. I can't gush enough over this place

AMAZING PLACE TO REST AND ENJOY BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS!

We had great time, everything was more than we expected. Some touch ups and update of kitchen utensils would be appreciated. My kids loved it and we will consider coming back. Thank you Kate for all help and assistance!

Birthday weekend!

The pool was perfect and a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets. The pool table was definitely an added bonus. The house offered plenty of space. Easy drive to Pinehurst and many other golf courses. It was a great getaway from MI to have a family visit with our son who lives in Greensboro.

Mini Family Vacation

Pool was great! Everyone loved it. Very spacious for the whole family. Very private. Quiet community. Few items in the kitchen need updating, if you plan to cook. We had the whole family, so we did a lot of cooking.

overall it is good. 35 minutes from Fort Bragg. Very nice owners!

My son left a poster and the owner was very helpful mailing it to him. Nice comfortable layout of the house. Outdoor furniture could use an upgrade, BBQ needs new wire brush, chalk for pool table, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kate!

Vass Property

This property is in a beautiful wooded location. It is very private. It is set up well for a family gathering. It has a large kitchen and several eating areas. The bedrooms are separated on opposite sides of the house to provide privacy. There are bathrooms for each bedroom. There are two living areas which gives guests a chance to spread out. This layout was wonderful for a family gathering.

Fort Bragg Visiting Mom

My stay was perfect! I was looking for something peaceful for a 9 day visit with my daughter who is stationed at Fort Bragg. While she worked during the day on base, I also worked from the house. Wifi was fast. The location gave us a place to escape at the end of the day, have dinner and hang out. The property owners were immediately responsive to all questions I had reached out with. I’d definitely stay again! Thank you Kate and Corey for sharing your property. It was a great trip!

Family Vacation!!

Our family of 5, plus our dog, had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is well kept and spacious. The pool was awesome and refreshing. The kids enjoyed being in the pool everyday. We would love to come back again!! The owner was usually quick about answering questions and check in was smooth & easy which was nice but the house was FILTHY. It almost appeared as if it had been abandoned for months as there were cobwebs in every corner, dead bugs everywhere, dog hair covered floors, mold in one of the bathrooms, dried on smelly food in the kitchen garbage, and nothing had been dusted in some time. The windows, floorboards and all fixtures were gross with dust, built up grime and more cobwebs. It was by far the dirtiest home I’ve stayed in. When I addressed this with the owner, she informed me that we should have told her during our stay and she would’ve had a cleaning crew come in. The last thing I want do when I’m on vacation is have to deal with a cleaning crew when they obviously weren’t even doing their job to begin with. It should have cleaned BEFORE our arrival, not during our stay. I even sent her 20 photographs of the fifth AND the dilapidated stairs leading to the pool (railing was coming apart and VERY UNSAFE) and she basically ghosted me. Also, the pool was full of pine cones, pine needles and pollen. It really should have a cover on it since there are so many trees around. The house was a total disappointment other than the pool table. It is too bad that they have let the place get so run down because it really is a neat home in a beautiful neighborhood. Successful Thanksgiving Visit

My family was visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Bragg (Liberty) over Thanksgiving. Successfully prepared and hosted dinner! Our family enjoyed the learning about the history of the house and the plans for the dam repair. The house was comfortable with plenty of rooms and we were fascinated by some of the older books in the large collection. We also brought our dogs with us which was nice! One of the previous reviews mentioned a fenced backyard- just wanted to clarify that it does not have one (not an issue for the listing just wanted to prepare others that might bring their dogs). We have a portable electric fence/collar system so it wasn’t a problem. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to a few questions that I had. Beautiful sunsets every night from the back deck. Overall a great stay…will be perfect when the dam repair is complete!
