We had an amazing stay at the Capri Beach House—truly even better than the photos. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6–16), and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather.The outdoor setup was a highlight..the pool and pickleball court kept the kids entertained for hours, and the easy walk to the beach made it feel like our own private getaway. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals at home, which we loved.The hosts were wonderful!!! Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal as well…peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to explore other parts of the island.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for families or groups!

We rented for a week and this property was outstanding. The owners/host met us at the house and walked us through the details which was awesome. The location is very nice and super clean and just a couple minute stroll to the beach with semi sheltered cove. They have a beach wagon for the chairs and easy up. Coolers provided as well! The outdoor living area is amazing from the pool to the private pickle ball court!This home has everything you need!!!!!! Highly recommend. Grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Plus factor is that the owners are available to answer any questions and give recommendations....

The absolute best vacation rental property I've ever stayed in. My siblings and nieces and I stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration and other family staying nearby joined us for a dinner and some swimming. David is a gracious and attentive host, and the house itself is magical. Every time we wondered aloud if the house had something, sure enough, it did. The community is so friendly and the beach is stunning. It was a pleasure being able to share this experience with loved ones and get to know this beautiful island.

First time in Puerto Rico

Property and location were perfect. Grandkids alternated between the pool and the beach. Played pickle ball almost every morning. Easy drive to SanJuan. A bit further to the rain forest but manageable.

Awesome property

Our group of nine friends had an amazing time at Capri guest house. Everything was immaculate, the rooms and grounds absolutely beautiful! David was a terrific host, helping us and advising us on things to do during our weeklong stay. I can’t recommend it more highly.

Family Grandparents 80th Birthdays Celebration

Perfect place for everyone to enjoy the beautiful secluded beach and all the amenities of the fully equipped and stocked house. I’m 80. If I could have planned a perfect “last”Trip, this would have been it. The kids were so happy, playing constantly at pool or beach or pickle ball. I sat on a beautiful secluded beach, getting my ocean fix. Thank you for thinking of everything. The whole family is still feeling the glow.

Exceptional hosts! David assisted with our arrival food shop, had great recommendations for a caterer and an in-house chef. Kitchen refrig had a hiccup which he quickly addressed.We had the perfect house for our family!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was in a great location, just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! The house had a very nice pool perfect for little kids and had everything we needed for kids and adults to make our stay fabulous! The hosts were gracious and helpful and made delicious food for us upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing vacation

This property was awesome. Host David, was so attentive and gave great vacation tips to allow our travel group to make the most of our time in Puerto Rico. The house is very clean and has everything you will need. The pool was warm and very clean. The walk to the private beach is very short. We also ordered meals prepared by Norma Jean and they were excellent. We had a meal and beverages waiting for us upon our arrival. This was all arranged through David.

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and very well set up for our family of nine. Beach access is quick and easy and the beach is beautiful. The Pickleball court is fun and the pool is amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting around the pool and enjoying the water. But you must wear insect repellent!The only negative we could find is the lack of good nearby restaurants.

Great Place to Stay!

Amazing home with great amenities! We had all of our adult children and their partners with us on this stay. We couldn't be more pleased with the proximity to the private beach and the pickleball court. David was very helpful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this home for a stay.

Relaxing and private getaway

Our group of 6 adults had an excellent stay at Capri. Everything was clean and just as shown on the listing. The home had all the amenities we needed. Vacation with Family - Priceless

Our visit to Puerto Rico was a spur of the moment decision for our family. We were lucky enough to find availability for the "Capri" residence for the time period that we were traveling. This visit was my parent's "last" trip to PR to visit with family and to show and share the islands' history and culture to their young grandkids. With 5 adults and 2 pre-teens this family villa was absolutely perfect!!! The rooms were amazing, the grounds beautiful and well kept, and living within the gated community allowed the children to play and visit the beach safely. The home was well stocked with all start up amenities including all outdoor games/activities. Our hosts, David and Norma Jean were only a phone call way. They have thought of everything and made our stay so very memorable. David and Norma Jean were able to source a wheelchair and bath seat for my father which helped us tremendously!! Would we stay at "Capri" again? - Yes!!! Would we recommend this home to others - Yes!!! David and Norma Jean - Thank you for sharing your home with us and hope to come back again!! Gracias por todo!!!

Wonderful Experience at Capri Beach House!

We loved everything about Capri Beach House! The hosts, David and Norma Jean, were friendly, responsive to questions, and helpful with travel tips. The house was lovely, spacious, and well equipped for cooks and beach goers. Our family loved the pool! The shallow end was perfect for our 4 year old grandson. Then there is the beach, so close, so private! The hosts provided snorkeling equipment, body boards and more for hours of fun at the beach. Drive time to Old San Juan, Fajardo, and El Yunque was not bad. You will definitely enjoy a stay at Capri Beach House!

Beautiful home!

We had 3 generations together for a dreamy trip to PR, and this house exceeded expectations! The first floor bedroom was perfect for the grandma, and the next 2 generations upstairs was so easy with many individual rooms and bathrooms - it made getting ready and sleeping a breeze! So fun to have the indoor/outdoor living space and the pool was ideal! The beach was so much closer then I thought and we went there daily - the house was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, games, coolers. It was perfect and I highly recommend to anyone who wants a modern and relaxing home base! Sightings of turtles and fish snorkeling at the private beach, iguanas, horses and birds were big hits - Thanks to the great hosts!

Great location, great property great hosts

We had a great friends trip (four couples)-house is laid out extremely well, 1 minute walk to the beach (which was beautiful and felt like a private beach) and the pool and backyard were perfect. House had everything we needed for going to the beach or hanging at the pool and check in process was seamless! Thanks to David and his friend Natalia for a great week!

Perfect for a family vacation!

This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. Our family gathering included 6 adults and 2 children (ages 2 & 4). The bedroom/bathroom setup is perfect for a group and it was great to have an outdoor half-bath outside by the pool. The beautiful beach is a 3 minute walk from the house and all beach necessities are provided - cart, chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas, etc. The location is perfect with lots of nearby stores and restaurants. David provided a guide book and detailed information about the house and he was a joy to deal with. This is a beautiful, very clean home and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

Fabulous house

We had a group of 5 retired couples and this house was just fabulous. Beautifully furnished with a large dining table for all ten of us and a wonderful kitchen. It all opens up to the back pool and patio with a comfortable seating area. There is also a grill, pickleball court with equipment, beach chairs and towels, and outdoor shower. The beach is just a short walk away. The owners were very helpful throughout the process. They have taken great care to provide a warm, inviting home away from home. We loved it. It’s the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in.

Owners are communicative, helpful, professional, and extremely nice. Property itself fit the needs beautifully by offering enough bedrooms for our party of 10, a wonderful dining table for group meals, and all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, not to mention the private pickle ball court to work up a sweat before a swim. And the nearby sandy beach is a few minutes walk with great snorkeling and swimming. Dynamite place with 5 star owners!

The best birthday ever!

This property was perfect for my 40th birthday trip! The house is beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We loved having our own pool and basically private beach just a short walk away. David was a responsive host and available when needed. I highly recommend this property!

Truly amazing! We loved everything about this house. Capri was the perfect house for our family to gather for a celebration in Puerto Rico! The home was very clean and tidy. A Jewel for the Adventurous

This is a fantastic property and for groups of 10 and under it is perfect. From the private pool and open ground floor to the short walk to a private beach it's heaven. It's 45 minutes from the airport, but for the bold you will be rewarded with peace and quiet and an authentic upscale Puerto Rican stay. The home owners David and his wife Norma Jean were awesome as well. They communicated easily and were quick with a phone call to avoid any miscommunications. Their home manual is a godsend as well with recommendations for entertainment and food close by. If you're unsure about it, find something closer to San Juan, but if you want a true Puerto Rican gem, this is the spot. We will be returning soon!

Great family trip to Puerto Rico!

Just got back from a fabulous week with my wife, three adult kids, and their partners in Puerto Rico! Stayed at David and Norma's Capri property just west of the greater San Juan area and right outside of Dorado. Amazing home! Large, clean, comfortable. Backs up to an abandoned golf course. Horses grazing there. Pool, pickle ball, short walk to beautiful private beach. Lots of clean beach towels and supplies. Multiple good restaurants, shops and grocery stores just a short drive away. We hung out, visited sites including rainforest, Old San Juan, and Casa Bacardi. Even had a private chef, Clarissa Llenza, come to the house one night to make a special meal. It was an amazing week!
