“Walkable, nearest store is the Super Max, the beach entrance is right across from that store. There’s 787 Coffee and other restaurants on the main road. It was cozy! A little noisy neighbors, but nothing you can’t block out with tv and ear plugs.”

“This is an amazing cozy studio. Peaceful where at night you can sit outside the terrace and enjoy a peace of mind. Beaches, Restaurants, close to every place you wish to explore in Isla Verde. I just can’t say enough about this place. The owner, Anthony is very pleasant and available to answer all your questions. Hospitality to the max. I truly recommend this cozy Studio 🙏”

“The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. ”

“My sisters and I 67yr-83yrs vacationed for one month at this house in Puerto Rico. Pros - house and pool cleaned regularly Jorge responded quickly when request were made Gated community made us feel safe and secure Cons - very noisy especially at night - initially thought it was just for the New Year but it remained noisy the entire month of January (we got used to the noise so it wasn’t too bad but for sure do not expect quiet nights.)”

“I stayed 2 nights in this quaint 3 bedroom treasure!! The property was just as the pictures depict. Modern boho. Small, compact, very very clean! The beds were wonderful and super comfortable. Air conditioning in each room, assures that each person will have the temperature they want. The hosts were so accomodating and kind. I suggest, if it had a small microwave that would be great. But we made do with the air fryer and cooktop and were just fine. I would definitely book this property again...

“Great location, easy to access main roadways. We had to provide our own toilet paper once their supply ran out, which was one roll per bathroom in the house. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings. After some difficulty in connecting with the actual hosts, they were responsive to our needs via WhatsApp. Be sure to connect with Evolve to be able to communicate with the actual...

“The house itself is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was clean, and everything was listed in the description. The pool was very clean and it was nice to be able to use it after a long day. Check-in was fairly simple. They also had internet, but it was a little spotty. We were still able to do what we needed to do though. We only had one issue as we lost water on our last day there. The host said it would be back on shortly, but it was off for almost 24 hours until it was time...
