Ubicado a una cuadra del Shamrock Park y cerca de 4 playas diferentes, disfrutarás de esta casa climatizada de 2/2/1 completamente actualizada con un gran lote de esquina. Para aquellos de ustedes que disfrutan de la playa, el ferry a la playa privada del sur de Venecia está a un rápido paseo en bicicleta (pase incluido con el alquiler). Fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y horas de entretenimiento al aire libre o puede disfrutar de uno genial en su propia piscina privada ... ¿necesita más fotos? ¡Sólo házmelo saber!

En cuanto a Venecia, esta encantadora ciudad costera se convertirá en su hogar lejos del hogar. Very comfortable home in a terrific location. You can easily take day trips to Sarasota, Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, it's all so easy to do from Venice. And make sure you explore Venice too! (I highly recommend Scoops in town for ice cream.) From the cozy beds, to your own private pool, this home is so much better than a hotel hands down!! We've been here before and always look forward to an opportunity to stay at this home again. The owner Jason always makes us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and his communication is first rate.

Superb stay

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location and neighborhood was quiet, friendly, safe and a quick drive to anything we needed. The pool was amazing and the home was cozy and had everything needed to make us feel at home.We hope to book there again. Thank you, Jason!

Venice life

We visited Venice, FL for the month of January. Although the weather was all over the place we enjoyed our stay and the house had all that you could possibly need. The owner was readily available and helpful. Easy,friendly communication. We didn’t get to use the pool due to cooler temps and just doing all the things to do in the Venice/Sarasota area, but the pool/ lanai area is a great spot to just chill out . Shamrock park is so, so close and a delight for walking, and biking. The month went by so quickly! Really enjoyed our time in the area and at the house.

Shark teeth capital!

Jason is an awesome owner. Always in touch with us. Any issues and he will fix it immediately! House is lovely and has a heated pool and nice size yard. Everything you could want or need is there! We found about 300 shark teeth while visiting the local beachs! We will be staying here again!

Fantastic Venice experience

I try to visit different areas each year and this stay was AMAZING. The neighborhood was fantastic, the house was spottless, the pool and lanai and back yard were the star of the show! Couldn't of asked for a better outdoor area. The 8 foot tall privacy fence not only offered great privacy like you were in your own little resort but it was secure enough my 5 lb dog couldn't get out. I will definitely be returning.

House Filthy!

I would love to send pictures! The house was filthy. Beds had been slept in, I have pictures to show blood or something on sheets and also a clot of blood. Every room was discussing, even put our beach towels down to sit on furniture. We used paper towels to open doors as they were dirty. The pictures do NOT show the real home but my pictures do! First time using VRBO and this house needs removed!!!!! Not sure if this is what all VRBO homes look like??

Vacation from the cold

We booked this house based on the great reviews. This house had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay. The house is next door to a beautiful park and biking trails that go forever! The owner provides bikes and beach gear! They have thought of everything you would need for a perfect stay.

Perfect Outdoor Area

We loved our VRBO so much we ended up cooking most meals on the grill and spending day and night by the pool. We did a little exploring but relaxing in the backyard with our family in that great Florida weather was exactly what we needed this vacation. Hosts thought of anything we might need and had it handy. We can't wait to visit again.

Great home away from home!

Can’t say enough good things about Jason’s lovely home. Everything was great and my kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! The house had everything we could ask for- including pool and beach toys. Thanks for a great stay!

A Total 10+ Experience

Renting Jason & Ann’’s house in Venice was spectacular in every way! The location next to the Shamrock Nature Preserve, the perfectly private solar heated swimming pool, the comfy beds, a kitchen that had a multitude of staples, and plenty of them, the array of modern bikes (no less than 8), great entertainment equipment and superb WI-FI- it all worked to deliver a most delightful 4 weeks. Jason’ is a great communicator who leaves no detail left undone. His knowledge of the area and its multitude of walking trails, restaurants, and local attractions is solid! Two suggestions I would add would be a dishwasher and perhaps an entry/access sustem that was operated electronically via a code that could be punched into the door lock to enter the property. It could be used without a key and changed at the owners description. My 2 cents. We will be back! Everett
